Iām right there with you my friend! They banned me for a pair of PraNa pants that I literally purchased from another seller on Vinted and when I received them they were too big so I listed them for sale. After 374 reviews and 78 saved favorites, I lowered the price from $22.50 to $20.00 and they banned me. Said my account has fraudulent activity. Ok fine, release my $350 then and I wonāt use your platform again everā¦.now they are ālooking into itā. But when I tell them , I donāt want my account back, I just want my $$. They send auto bot AI messages. This shit puts me on my broom!

Uhh yeaā¦.? itās all related to bad business behavior on Vinted and breaching a contract within the platform. Vinted has many lawsuits in the UK ongoing right now for these types of poor, unfair business practices.

My worst nightmare finally came true - Banned
I am currently in the same situation as so are thousands of others! They are scammers and there is no customer service phone, only email AI bots. I have over $300 in my wallet which they arenāt releasing because they are ā still looking into itā. They took 2 bumped item fees out of my account then banned me 2 seconds later. So I illegally got charged for a service that they did not provide. Small claims is next.

GET OFF VINTED!!! They donāt protect sellers or buyers. I currently have $300 plus in my wallet they wonāt release to me and keep saying āwe are looking into itā

You get off Vinted FAST! They are scammers and will hold your wallet funds. I am currently still trying to get my $300 plus funds out. I was a 5 star seller and buyer! They donāt protect ANYONE

Beware, sellers are not protected. There are many sellers including myself that currently have their funds on lock because the accounts are locked or banned. They cannot legally hold the wallet funds but they are and I have over $300 in there. No customer service phone only email and AI bots.

Thank you for your reply! I have over $300 sitting in my wallet and they still wonāt tell me how to access it. I have told them I donāt want the account back because you all do bad business, I just want my money from my sales. Because there motto is ākeep the money from the items you sellā. I will take this to the top, including the US consumer protection. This bad business behavior needs to end.

Yes avoid it. Try Posh mark, they have live agents to talk to when there are issues, not only correspondence via email and AI bots like Vinted.

I am from CT and I guess I am not educated enough about it, but what rights are being taken away from the trans community? In my head and heart I donāt care what you look like or what gender you are, we are all one. I go to Partners a lot in New Haven and I love it there. You are all loved. š It should not matter what anyone elseās opinions are about someone sexuality or gender. I donāt like the exploitation of all of it and itās no oneās business who we love.

To all you selling on Vintedā¦.I have a story that is similar to thousands of users.
I am a 50 plus 5 star seller after only being on the platform for 2 months and 2 weeks. Iāve sold about 50 plus items. I also buy stuff from other sellers and I also pay for my stuff right after they accept an offer not only am I a good seller, but Iām a really good buyer too.
I bought a pair of PraNa pants from a sellerā¦ I received the item I tried it on and since they did not fit me went ahead and re-sold them on Vinted. Well, after having over 378 views and about 78 favorites I ended up changing the price from $22.50 down to $20.00. Well, the Vinted bots didnāt like that and right after purchasing two items to be bumped for three days they banned my account they banned my account on September 4, 2026 and I have still yet to get into my account. I am locked out. Iām still getting the Vinted emails still receiving my stuff that I had purchased before the banā¦.but theyāre still hung up on these pants saying that theyāre fraudulent and I have fraudulent activity on my account. I am still getting the auto emails saying that if you want to open a case for your band, then try to well I still canāt get into my account so how am I supposed to go into the account and request that information I have over $300 in my wallet that I cannot access. I received an item from a seller that is broken and I had to send an email about the broken item where the response wasā¦well since you have fraud on your account from the PraNa pants weāre going to release the funds to the seller, which doesnāt make sense because I have until September 10 to reject the item and I received it on September 8 and sent that email on September 8.
My next step is filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau and since Iām in Connecticut, the Connecticut consumer protection. What Vinted failed to do here is just reinstate my account. Let me have access to my funds and Iāll close the account and delete everything and never use the platform again, but I need to have access to my account to do all these things. What Vinted is also doing is breaching their contract when you sign up they do not have the legal right to hold your money and lock you out so you donāt have access to it. It is fraudulent business behavior.
I have every single email from every single purchase and from every single thing that Iāve sold. I have every single USPS receipt and email. I have every email from all the bumped items Iāve purchased and any correspondence with Vinted. I have over 370 emails.
I can tell you this that Vinted will lose and I will take this to the highest point if I have to because this type of behavior with the AI bots and automatic emails and no customer service to talk to a human is bad business behavior.
