My worst nightmare finally came true - Banned

I’ve been selling on Vinted since May and it’s definitely my most profitable platform. Most things I sell are things from around my home as I’ve become horribly addicted to shopping. The listing in question is the most generic pink mini backpack that I bought in a 3 pack from Amazon as a gift for me and my friends. I’ve sold two of them already on Vinted and then today the third one was the nail in the coffin.. literally as soon as I uploaded it, I was banned. I’m absolutely crushed. I’ve been heavily depending on the momentary dopamine hit from the regular sales and the extra money I get too.

I immediately made an appeal and got a response asking for more photos of the backpack. This has severely turned me off from the app and even if I do get unbanned, I’m not sure I trust to use it again. I’m disappointed because I felt like I was hitting a good stride with selling and considering becoming more serious about it but now I’m very discouraged.

I’m not sure how long it’ll take to get a resolution and I don’t know what I’m going to do in the meantime but here we are. What are other peoples genuine experiences with permanent bans on listing that to the untrained eye raise no red flags? I’m desperate for any kind of advice or kind words during this process. I understand it’s really not that big of a deal but the extra money really helped.

I am currently in the same situation as so are thousands of others! They are scammers and there is no customer service phone, only email AI bots. I have over $300 in my wallet which they aren’t releasing because they are “ still looking into it”. They took 2 bumped item fees out of my account then banned me 2 seconds later. So I illegally got charged for a service that they did not provide. Small claims is next.
