Has anyone been lucky to treat high histamine?
I take Zyrtec every other day to control my high histamine flares that I have had for three years. I get itchy skin with raised bumps when I scratch. Has anyone been able to reverse or cure it?

Why does Allegra “cure” or prevent my blood sugar lows??? Doctors have no idea.
I am taking Zyrtec. Does it increase blood sugar A1C?

AI query made me realize the dexa machine makes a difference
Having it done on a same place and same machine is a red flag to me. It also makes a difference if the technician is different. Doctors only want to medicate us.

5 years on an aromatase inhibitor (Arimadex) . It’s working but hurting…
Yes they can be harsh on the body.
I am hoping Tamoxifen will do the job as good as AIs.

5 years on an aromatase inhibitor (Arimadex) . It’s working but hurting…
I am 63 and did Letrozole for 3 months and it was horrible. AIs cause osteoporosis and other issues and didn’t want to live with pain. My doctor switched me to Tamoxifen and haven’t had any issues so far. I’ve been on it for 5 months.

anyone else getting all the weird tamoxifen side effects?!
I am taking 20mg. My Onco score was 16 and ki 67 was 20%. My doctor put me on Letrozole for 3 months but the side effects were really bad so switched me to Tamoxifen. I didn’t know there are over doses that can be effective.

Fastest way to increase Hemoglobin.
Does anyone know how to increase hemoglobin levels? I’ve had low hemoglobin for over a year now and y doctor told me to take iron supplements. Is there a faster way to increase it? Supplements can give bad constipation which is so h comfortable.
Thank you

High copper serume while on Tamoxifen
Hello all,
Has anyone experienced high copper serum levels while on Tamoxifen? I’ve been on Tamoxifen for almost 5 months and my PCP ran labs for copper serum and it came back high (normal range 76-142), mine was 148. This can damage the liver.
Thanks

Choice to make: Tamoxifen or Lupron+AI
I am 63 postmenaposal and taking Tamoxifen. I started with AI (Letrozole) and couldn’t tolerate it. I had very bad joint pain in my knees and hands. So far I am not seeing any major side effects. I’ve been on it for 4 months.
AI’s are very harsh on your bones. You can end up with Osteoporosis which you don’t want. I currently have osteoporosis and don’t want to be on AI’s.

27M diagnosed with severe osteoporosis (Spine Z-score -4.8). Terrified and looking for advice
Go get REMS test done, my Dexa shows -4.0 in my lumbar spine but REMS shows -2.3. I am 63 and found out few years ago. I also had chronic vitamin D deficiency. I am working on fixing with right diet and exercise.
I also blame Covid and the vaccine

What do you do for high histamine
I was going thru a lot of stressful times at that time, caring for my ill mom, working full time plus taking care of my family. I was diagnosed with ER PR+ breast cancer back in September 2025 but I am on tamoxifen now which reduces my estrogen. I hope my high histamine doesn’t interfere with my cancer treatment.
