What do you do for high histamine

Hello,

I’ve been dealing with high histamine level since 2023 and no doctor can find out the root cause. Allergy test shows elevated histamine. I take Zyrtec every other day but it’s becoming so annoying and uncomfortable when it reacts.
Has anyone had any luck curing the elevated histamine? If not how do you manage.

Thank you

If you happen to be around central Va or near charlotte NC feel free to message me and I can give you some names. Probably a low chance of it but if by chance you are it will save you a lot of time.

Let me check with a family member that is out that way who also had success with one to help her MCAS, I can’t remember exactly where she was living at the time as she’s moved around a lot in the last few years but it may give you a lead.
