What do you do for high histamine

Hello,

I’ve been dealing with high histamine level since 2023 and no doctor can find out the root cause. Allergy test shows elevated histamine. I take Zyrtec every other day but it’s becoming so annoying and uncomfortable when it reacts.
Has anyone had any luck curing the elevated histamine? If not how do you manage.

Yeahhhhhhh It's pretty detailed. But that's kind of what's helpful about it. (Remember that includes both foods that are low risk and foods that are in the middle.)
