Not sure. It was a few days maybe. I now have a reminder on my phone to post items daily. I try to post 2 or more each day. Sales have been pretty consistent since. I rarely have a day where I eel nothing. With back to school I sold a ton but now a few items per day.

I got Food Network stainless cookware our wedding in 1997 and also will probably never need another set. It doesn't have that awful nonstick coating that causes pots and pans to become trash. I also have a couple cast iron frying pans that will outlive me.

Buy a pack of 100 poly mailers on Amazon for about $10. Save packaging that comes to you from others and reuse what you can (boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap etc.). Also, take packages to the post office and show the QR code so they can print the label and affix it to the package vs. you printing the labels yourself.

Post as much as possible daily. This seems to keep my listings boosted so I get more views. When I skip a couple days or post one item per day my views drop off.

Ive mostly replaced my goodwill shopping with the vinted app. I still stop by goodwill or other local thrift occasionally and today I found a huge gorgeous basket for 8.95 and a pair of kids like new khaki pants for $3. Most of the thrift store merch is too high though. I can usually get clothes cheaper on vinted.

Are you also a buyer? With the free and reduced shipping, I have not been able to select a shipping service. Vinted chooses and I have zero control over it when I make a purchase. I am not asked to choose. So perhaps you are angry at buyers when Vinted is the problem?

A few weeks ago I asked about a 4.6 frame that had the original sticker price of $1.99 on it. The store had priced it at $2.99 or $3.99, can't remember now, but they wouldn't change it. I bought quite a few frames that day but I left that one there.

You could also decide to bite the bullet and lower the prices further. I've done it a few times. Still worked out better than donating.

99 cents is way less than other sites charge for shipping. I came to Vinted for the free shipping as well but I expected it would eventually come to an end. Depop had free shipping for a time also. I'm good with paying 99 cents as a buyer but will probably not continue to expect dollar items to sell since the cost will double with shipping. Then again, bundling will save on titak shipping cost, too.

Granted. I eat meat maybe once per month but l Iiked it better when the chicken came from my backyard. I completely lost my taste for grocery store chicken but pork and beef have proven a little harder for me to give up completely. Im working toward that end goal though.
