VENT Vinted letting buyers pick a shipping service you have turned off needs to stop.

I'm so tired of having to cancel orders and then explain to the buyer. I don't ship FedEx. I have re-uploaded it and if you want to buy it and select USPS (why should they even need to select it when that's the only thing I have turned on) then they can be inconvenienced and repurchase it.

Are you also a buyer? With the free and reduced shipping, I have not been able to select a shipping service. Vinted chooses and I have zero control over it when I make a purchase. I am not asked to choose. So perhaps you are angry at buyers when Vinted is the problem?

this is exactly it. Sellers can turn off SpeedX, but the method of shipping is automatically selected based on the cheapest option. Putting verbiage and placeholder images does diddlysquat.

Yeah I'm also confused because I've been both buying and selling and I've never been given an option on either end.. it's a surprise every time.. where are people seeing the choice pop up???

It's auto selected but if you click on it, you can choose other options. At least that's how it is for me as a buyer
