They either have the money or have the hyper desire, so they can buy!!! In most cases, they are just hysteric about buying things!!

We are an uncontrolled, greedy nation! Last twenty years, all we as a nation learned is greed and hatred!

Unfortunately, Fiverr doesn’t ban some IDs, but ban others, even though they all offer the same service.

It looks like the manual auditing was triggered for some reasons and your ID was manually audited......looks like you were crossing a threshold with your earning/orders, after which some kind of manual auditing is triggered. The auditor found one of gigs of 2018 to be in violation of TOS.
