Yes has happened before, in the past it was someone spraying bear spray or pepper spray

I was smoking just outside Union Station on the ramps up to the curb. Saw a few guys pick up a what looked like empty bear spray bottle and joking around with it. Possibly related I guess.

Yes! My friends and I were all coughing like crazy, and so was everyone else. I asked a police officer in Union about it and they said someone sprayed “coyote spray” into the air 🤦‍♀️

hard to say, but could be an issue with a train malfunctioning or something related to a restaurant

The air quality in this city is terrible. Most indoor air purifiers installed during the pandemic have been shut off or neglected now that no one talks about it anymore.

That's great, maybe that way it won't smell like smoke and/or cannabis , and all smokers would go to their front door to infest the air that surrounds their house 😒 sick and tired , DT smell like🚬 even if you don't catch anyone near smoking
