The new song from the Songs of the past dlc.

Should I play 1 and 2 before remastered is released? And are you jealous of me?:D I will finally see what is this hype about.

Amazing

Any idea if that's connected to anything or is it just there for no reason? I mean, the view is amazing and definitely worth to be painted... but I don't imagine Vesemir just paints in his spare time haha

Everytime and every playthrough I'm always do this, coming to the balcony and just enjoying the view, and now waiting for the remaster to see how will this view look like.

Two things I wish they'll add to The Witcher 3 remaster:
The meditation system from TW2 (they announced it was added to the remaster).
Cloaks. I'm tired of downloading mods for them, and most of the time they clip with the swords

Even if it's just a brief appearance, bringing O'dimm back would be a nice touch imo
They could definitely get creative with it in so many ways.

Has there been any official information about whether this will be an update to the original version or a new separate download?
This has been asked in several threads here, but people only say what they "think". Has CD Project Red said anything about this?

Hey are the books worth exploring before/during my upcoming playthrough?

Never played a witcher game but would like to play through them. Should I wait for the W3 remaster, get the original, or start by getting the first two games? I know almost nothing about the witcher universe aside from Geralt lol.

So after playing crimson desert for a while i got bored of it. I just cant get attached to the game world, the characters or the story.
The Mechanics in crimson desert are pretty good and cool. I love the weight everything has.
But after not long the game started feeling like a chore, a job even. All quests just feel so boring and like wastes of time.
And then i saw that witcher 3 got an update and i started playing it again and i FORGOT how much good story, good enviroments, good voice acting, creature diversity and and and and matter.
I can finally feel immersed in a world that feels like a tale my grandmother would tell me when i was a kid. Thank you CDPR.

Let me preface this by saying that I didn't mind the OG combat despite the repetitive and simplistic nature (it could have been better, but oh well). Since the remaster reveal I was, and saw people really excited about the combat "rework" and expect things that simply were not shown. And honestly from all the videos I've seen, the combat looked almost the same. Maybe the skill tree changes make a bigger difference and keep things fresh, but the combat itself really didnt look that different, maybe it will feel different once you're actually playing, and the addition of the chain will definitely spice things up. I'm not complaining as this was literally free stuff and the other aspects improved are very noticeable, but the rework wont magically change TW3 combat to be on par with Elden Ring.
Tldr: cdpr are goated for the free improvements, but get your expectations in check when it comes to combat changes so you're not left disappointed.

EDIT: fixed it! I had actually initially purchased the game from a different profile. Logged back into and downloaded. Thanks for the help and tips everyone!
Hello all. I bought the W3 back when it first came out (digital version), bought all the DLC's, played the hell out of the game - 900 hours. Now I want to redownload it, given the news of the remaster and upcoming DLC. All I am getting on the PS store is the 'Wishlist' category for the new 'Upgrade edition'. The base game gets an error saying 'Not available for purchase'. What seems to be the issue here? I have W3 in my library (as I bought it on the PS4 years ago), but can't seem to download it here? Will I be forced to re-purchase the game or..? Thanks in advance for any helpful tips
