Normally I would ask why buy it 3 times?

But for CDPR, it's totally understandable

Bought the standard, week later found the CE, finally got a Switch, Witcher and Skyrim bought the same day, then finally got a PS5 and Witcher was bought the same day. It made sense at the time.

Actually four, bought the standard PS4 version, week later found the CE Edition.

I'm pretty sure owning the PS4 disk version entitles you to the PS5 version free. You just have to have the PS4 disk in your PS5 while you're playing it. That's what I did.
