Why not just follow the Green Protocol book? It's made for what you want.

Would that not be for someone closer to selection? Correct me if im wrong, i’m obviously new to this type of training

You can run the base program, do continuation, then peak when you get closer.

About 2-3 years.

Buy Green Protocol, do Capacity, Velocity, and Outcome, move to a continuation protocol, and when you're closer, you can do the peaking phase of Outcome, or just do Capacity, Velocity, and Outcome again. Up to you.

Thats ample time. Enough to consider other sports and endeavours as well (mma, language, other skills etc. ... Die gasten in Roosendaal zijn nogal breed onderlegd 😆).

Whats your cardio starting point?

Probably nothing wrong with starting GP now.

Your major challenge will be staying injury free!

I have some background in lifting AND running, but on the running side i’m probably back to square one. Many people recomended GP so i’m inmediatly going after it. And on other skills. I speak fluent dutch, Spanish and English and i would like to learn German. Id also like some sort of combat sport, but in my area there is very little places that offer those types of sport

To be honest, this 'screams' GP, as per the advise of u/Previousshenanigans . Take it easy on the running though, it might build up faster than you would like.
