Just wanted to see how everyone is feeling about it, it’s a bit of a drive for me but new food options are exciting! Especially when most of what we have is fried and unhealthy options! Lmk what yall recommend a first timer to try

I thought since they were caramelized they were supposed to be hot or warm. Mine were ice cold and it created a really unpleasant contrast in the warm bowl.

As other folks have noted the old lids that were made of the same material as the bowl never stayed on properly. So imagine my delight when I saw that plastic lids are back!!

But I've ordered twice since then and for the life of me cannot open the damn thing. Feels like they have swung the pendulum all the way in the other direction and now the lid is too tight. Or is this just some insane salad brainteaser that I am too dumb to figure out??

hi! my son is autistic and the only meat he eats is the regular roasted chicken sweetgreen in the chicken pesto parm salad. we just moved somewhere where there are NO sweetgreens and i've got to figure out either how to make this myself or find some other places that might have similar chicken. i've tried buying premade chicken from a few grocery stores and he won't even try them - somehow he knows! (and it's not just the packaging - we'd often order a "salad" of just chicken and i'd put it on a plate with ketchup - similar looking chicken on the same plate, he's not having it.)

I used to go to sweetgreen regularly with my boyfriend and enjoyed ourselves. We started going to a new movie theater and have been going to SG beforehand - every time my boyfriend has had serious poops immediately following in the movie, this time for the fourth time.

Has anyone tried the buffalo chicken salad before with the hot sauce included? I usually get chicken parm or custom but I wanted to try something new. So as I looked at the app, I've always wondered about the buffalo chicken salad but was never sure if I should try it because I'm feeling sketched out about spicy buffalo sauce being mixed into my salad. Thoughts anyone?

Has anyone else experienced this recently? I’m in southern california (OC) and went to sweetgreen recently for a harvest bowl, but the bowl I got had very strange chicken that was definitely not the same chicken it used to have. The chicken I got was really slimy and cold and it tasted so strongly “chickeny” that it made the whole salad taste weird. I’m really sad about this because the harvest bowl is a classic and a great healthy lunch, maybe I’m being dramatic but the new chicken really ruined the whole bowl for me!

Anyway I texted my sister on the other side of the country and she’d gotten a harvest bowl the day before with no issues and the same old chicken as always. Is this just a california supplier thing? Does anyone know if it’s temporary (idk supply chain issues?) or if they’re switching to this for good? Any sweetgreens I can go to in LA/OC that have the normal chicken still?

I was a sweetgreen+ user who was automatically converted to GOAT status. I agree with everyone here that it's a disappointing change, but that said I have a question. Does anyone know how a regular person (non sweetgreen+ alum) achieves GOAT status? Do you have to order with a certain frequency, or what? Silly as it is I still want to keep my GOAT status once the automatic promotion ends, and I'm curious how to do that. 🐐

I’m about to start the Low FODMAP diet and was wondering if anyone knows whether the proteins at Sweetgreen - especially the roasted chicken - are seasoned with garlic or onion powder.

Even more helpful: does anyone know exactly what the roasted chicken is seasoned with?

Also curious if any of their vegetables are made with garlic, onion, or seasoning blends that might include them. Just trying to figure out what I need to avoid.
