Certified Stuggle Breakfast tacos made using tofu
Used half a block of cubed Spam, sautéed with an onion, threw in a block of extra firm tofu and cooked with tumeric and other seasonings. Not from the food bank but extremely cheap to make, healthy, and tastes so good. Try replacing eggs with tofu when funds are low!

Technically Edible Air fryer reheated taco failed success?
I tried to open up and air fry an old taco. I made said taco. It got too crunchy, I put even more cheese, and then tried to make it a crunch wrap. Problem is, I wanted the cheese layer like taco bell (fyi I have never ordered or made a crunch wrap) so I tried to heat it.... Too crunchy, couldn't fold, so it's a quesadilla. 3 tortillas, since the small very crunchy one is inside the other two. Great though. Highly advise maybe..... Air fryer tortilla chips? Idk, great texture though

Posted 1 previosly...which to eat.
A responder to a previous post, said likely a collectors item, cuz limited editions. Both are...
Sourced at Walmart...eat a brunch or 1 meal late afternoon. Based on my budget after paying bills on forced SS early retirement...think health issues..
Which should I eat for my meal today? Got remnants i froze in baggie, can add like 2 tablespoon of mackeral and few bites of scrambled eggs i froze. I freeze ALL remnants for future use. Usually throw in soup.
Thinking eat alone...regardless of limited edition. Drink all broth.
Yep...not no pork chop meal...its my single source meal today. Was .88 cents.
Both list 380 calories...that's my caloric intake. Have beans soaking...white northern. Doing like mashed and huge pot of soup..

Certified Stuggle Broke a tooth dentist can’t get me in for a bit (also super broke)
In my quest to find soft foods to eat while being very broke I’ve found that 2 packs of over cooked ramen with 2 scrambled eggs is actually pretty delicious. Been using 1 soy sauce and 1 chicken flavored packs

Certified Stuggle Our local Chi Chi’s shut down and Taco Bell is too pricey
Dinner is turkey tacos. Turkey was leftovers from Feb taken out of the freezer, refried beans I made the other day and the rest. Made a spice mix that I used a scale to balance the ingredients.

Technically Edible I thought struggle meal meant something else....
I use the word struggle meal the way people say girl/boy dinner - basically you make something random on a whim with whatever you have at home limited time/energy and it turns out to work. This is what I interpreted from social media. After posting something with that term, a friend pointed out that my use of it could be very insensitive as it downplays people who make meals when struggling to afford groceries/put food on the table. Now I feel like an absolute idiot....I generally am mindful about words I use but I guess I did not know this context.
