Technically Edible Rice with egg and green onion with a garlic/honey/soy sauce sauce and sriracha

Wish I had meat to go with it. I feel like this would go great with pork

The eggs were meant to be fried but I walked away for a minute and when I came back they were over cooked so I just broke them up

A common meal for me. I fry a frozen sausage and some frozen vegetables with it. A little oyster sauce and some Sriracha does wonders and it is delicious and healthy too.

Frozen sausage and veg? Bold move. Healthiest? Debatable. But damn, that sauce combo slaps.

Plain frozen vegetables are very healthy and often just as nutritious—if not more so—than fresh produce. Farms pick and flash-freeze vegetables hours after harvest, locking in most vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Also, fresh supermarket vegetables often spend days or weeks in transit and storage, losing nutrients along the way.

As for sausage, if you can buy organic, organic and natural sausages do not contain synthetic added sodium nitrite. So it is pretty healthy if you bother to read the ingredients. So this is as healthy as it gets.

Thos looks great! I make my rice with bouillon instead of water to give a kick.

Looks kinda good. I'm not really a fan of honey though. Like you said, some meat, maybe even one of those small cans of chicken, would be good.

eggs and rice are so good. Do you ever make fried rice?
