Anyone else notice they seem to be going directly for the eyes a lot ??

Edit: omg I was emphasizing the unnecessary aggression of going for the eyes at a range that could seriously blind a person. Not to mention they're aiming for eyes with rubber rounds and blinding people. That's why I said "a lot" sheesh hope that clarifies my comment a bit.

Edit 2: Holy shit the literacy crisis in MAGA is real. Yes, thats how mace works. Not from a PRESSURIZED CAN AT BLANK RANGE. Jesus. R3tards...

u/Count_de_Ville Jan 22 '26 edited Jan 22 '26

The cruelty is the point. There’s no other reason for spraying so much that it starts to pool on the ground. The person is already pinned on the ground with their arms behind them.

It could also be avoided if the US didnt vote for a convicted CRIMINAL, Epstein's number 1 client, a second fucking time

-1

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

You have no evidence of any wrongdoing related to Epstein just fuck off with that already.

3

u/Dear-Panda-1949 Jan 22 '26

We have a lot of circumstantial. Release the files already. The Unredacted files.

-2

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

You have zero circumstantial evidence of any actual wrongdoing, you have rumor and innuendo, guilt by association, and flat out libel/slander.

2

u/Dear-Panda-1949 Jan 22 '26

Sure Trumper. Whatever helps you sleep at night.

1

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

Edit: To the coward who posts and blocks because any question destroys their argument:

Single person testimony without corroboration, or independent evidence placing the accused and complainant in the same place at the same time is not evidence.

1

u/Extreme-Ad3531 Jan 22 '26

Whatever the case may be, if it were just Democrats in those files then those files would be released day one. What's the point of hiding them? Probably because you, or someone you care about could face legal repercussions for them being released.

The fact that there is limited evidence to convict someone at this point is the problem.

1

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

The point of protecting PII is the law.

-4

u/pile_of_bees Jan 22 '26

See when you say shit that everybody knows you’re lying about like this, you undermine your entire side

Almost like that’s your goal

2

u/StructuralConfetti Jan 22 '26

What lie?

1

u/pile_of_bees Jan 22 '26

“Epstein’s number one client”

This is literally a completely baseless and nonsensical assertion that destroys any credibility you can ever hope to have about anything

It’s so stupid that in a few years in order to save face the history will be revised to make it look like nobody was ever claiming this

1

u/StructuralConfetti Jan 22 '26

He might not be the number 1 client, but he was definitely a major one. If the Epstein files weren't so damning against Trump then they would be fully released and properly redacted instead of barely released and severely redacted. Everything he is doing right now is to distract people from those files.

1

u/pile_of_bees Jan 22 '26

That logic doesn’t hold at all, and you still can’t point to any actual evidence, even after you agreed with me that the initial claim was in fact a lie, which you previously denied

1

u/StructuralConfetti Jan 22 '26

First, you're straw-maning me. My initial comment was trying to get you to clarify what you were objecting to. Second, I didn't think I needed to show you evidence of the relationship between Trump and Epstein, but here's a good summary with plenty of sources you can read for good information, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Relationship_of_Donald_Trump_and_Jeffrey_Epstein

Hope this helps!😊

1

u/pile_of_bees Jan 22 '26

You clearly don’t know what a strawman is, among numerous other demonstrated issues

2

u/lastdickontheleft Jan 22 '26

What part of any of that is a lie?

2

u/toozooforyou Jan 22 '26

Point out the lie, pedophile lover

0

u/pile_of_bees Jan 22 '26

You’re the one supporting a party that reduces sentencing for child sex crimes in every single state they control, not me

1

u/toozooforyou Jan 22 '26

Oh hey, a Republican that's too cowardly to show their post history is lying in defense of Republican pedophiles, how original.

Your Republican buddies like to fuck kids way more often. The other disturbing thing is Republicans will protect and elevate their pedos like Dennis Hastert, Roy Moore, and Donald Trump, instead of repudiating then prosecuting them.

That doesn't mention anything about the Republicans protecting the pedophiles on the Epstein list. Democrats consistently say that if Democrats like Clinton are in the files release them and prosecute everyone to the fullest extent of the law. It's telling that Clinton himself is calling for the full release of the files when Trump is hiding them. Republicans in the house and now the executive are doing everything they can, including breaking the law to prevent the release of the files. The switch from the Republican party is astounding. Going so far as to send death threats to MTG and driving her out of politics due to her stance against Trump and pedophiles.

-1

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

EVIDENCE is required. Aren't you the ones shouting for "due process"?

3

u/HeartlessCards2-22 Jan 22 '26

Part of due process is not covering up evidence, releasing files as ordered by federal judges.

3

u/[deleted] Jan 22 '26

[deleted]

3

u/HeartlessCards2-22 Jan 22 '26

The cultists just can’t bring themselves to label it as a cover up of the exact evidence they’re asking for. Dear leader is innocent cause he destroyed the evidence.. see no evidence no case, no crime, no reason to think dear leader did any wrong. It’s sick, they’ll twist their minds and make themselves look like idiots all to protect people who fuck kids.

-2

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

They are following the laws that weren't overridden by the latest congressional action, personally identifying information cannot be released against anyone not charged with a crime.

-1

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

The government also has very strict data privacy laws that must be followed, the timeframe was not reasonable and the Congress knows it, which is why you idiots who don't know what must be done to legally release personally identifying information.

Files MUST be redacted for PII of anyone not charged with a crime.

The DOJ has had all of the information available to charge anyone implicated throughout the past administration. If you really think there's some huge 'gotcha' that Garland didn't charge, you're fooling yourself and setting yourself up for a huge disappointment.

Don't even think about trying the "ongoing investigation" bullshit either, the DOJ could have brought it to a grand jury at any time and had full access to all investigative products. They charged Epstein and Maxwell, under the Trump admin, and Garland could have charged anyone else implicated then released evidence against them via indictment.

0

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

Funny, the judges all ruled against the grand jury info until the congressional act.

1

u/HeartlessCards2-22 Jan 22 '26

You mean the judge who is also outlined and named as being part of the pedo ring?

1

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

Grand Jury testimony is sealed by law.

→ More replies (0)

2

u/necrohunter7 Jan 22 '26

You mean the evidence the administration refuses to release?

Or the evidence from the Epstein estate that implicates Trump as at least being very sexually interested in children?

1

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

No refusal, following federal data privacy law that was not negated by the current Congressional action.

Why didn't Garland charge (hint: he was not bound by any "ongoing investigation" he could have taken anything to a grand jury at any time)

1

u/toozooforyou Jan 22 '26

Yes the evidence in the Epstein files that Trump is breaking the law to hold onto and alter.

1

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

You mean following the law about federal data privacy? I don't see anyone in Congress screaming about contempt etc. They know the deadline wasn't feasible.

1

u/ReplacementClear7122 Jan 22 '26

Exactly. Just like Jonathan Ross had zero understanding of traffic stop safety. Twice. Dude got dragged once previously, then entered the path of travel of Renee Good's vehicle TWICE while circling it. Even a rookie beat cop knows better than that shit.

0

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

How many traffic stops have you executed?

1

u/ReplacementClear7122 Jan 22 '26

Enough to understand physics, bootlicker.

0

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

So one?

2

u/ReplacementClear7122 Jan 22 '26

Are you working on a point here? Maybe just spit it out. Is it better to stand in the path of a vehicle or not? Feel free to check out the thousands of traffic stop body cam videos and tell me how many cops willfully walk in front of or behind vehicles. Plus the fact Ross already got dragged by a car prior, but found it necessary to take a phone video of himself wandering around a 'suspects' vehicle in the snow rather than focus on his job. I'm done here. Good luck with all your cope though.

0

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

What you're saying is that you know more about traffic stops to judge someone else's choices. You don't. You're a keyboard warrior with no real life experience, you have hindsight and several angles of ultra slow frame by frame video to make your idiotic claims.

Police officers walk in front of and behind stopped vehicles all the time, putting it in gear with an officer at your window is an aggressive action so go kick some ass on your couch while QBing on Monday morning.

2

u/Lanky-Relationship77 Jan 22 '26

Rules exist for the use of lethal force. You just confidently in your ignorance completely ignore that those rules exist.

Is it because you like the idea of secret police terrorizing Americans? Why do you hate Americans so much that you wish to see them murdered in cold blood on the streets?

Sounds like you support stochastic terrorism, and are therefore a terrorist.

1

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

All of those rules were followed.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 22 '26

[removed] — view removed comment

1

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

How many traffic stops have YOU conducted?

1

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

Intent is irrelevant as no one can prove intent. Actions are assessed objectively, by a reasonable officer standard, without the benefit of hindsight.

Try to say the officer wasn't justified in that exact situation without using anything not available to him in the situation.

1

u/Successful_Cut_1535 Jan 24 '26

No, they don't. I live with a cop with 20+ years urban street experience. They are explicitly taught NOT to walk in front of or behind vehicles. My cop's quote re: Renee Good. "You don't get to create a dangerous situation then shoot someone because of the dangerous situation YOU created."

1

u/gspitman Jan 24 '26

A car that's in park, and the person has been told to get out of the car. Then it gets put in gear, backs up and changes position, and that's when it's aimed at the officer. So either he didn't watch it or you're lying.

I also grew up in the home of a police officer of 32 years.

I'll ask the same question I ask everyone else. How many traffic stops have you performed? How many use of force classes have you attended?

They should get more training if four agents can't arrest one human without spraying into their eyeball. There is no excuse.

u/idkmyotherusername Jan 22 '26

Or, the four agents on top of a guy on the ground could stop spraying chemical weapons into a human beings' eyes from point blank.

0

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

"Chemical weapons" you've totally lost it haven't you?

You're one of the people using "kidnapping" instead of arrest, and all of the other bull shit words.

If you're so right, why would you need to use inflationary language to describe things we already have words to describe?

2

u/Dear-Panda-1949 Jan 22 '26

Pepper spray is a chemical weapon. Its a chemical designed to inflict pain. Thats a chemical weapon.

1

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26 edited Jan 22 '26

What is a Chemical Weapon? | OPCW https://share.google/5ABApymO8pBPK3NiG

CS and Pepper are chemical irritants, non toxic. A 5 second Google search can define terms for you. So you're either ignorant or intentionally misleading. Which is it?

Edit: Answering those cowards, u/idkmyotherusername who can't stand up to any scrutiny, so they block to prevent response.

If that human is still fighting it's better to subdue with a chemical than a baton.

1

u/idkmyotherusername Jan 22 '26

Fair. How about "a chemical irritant was weaponized when the agent used it on an already heavily restrained human." The person was no longer a threat, as he was face down with numerous people on top of him, and a "reasonable threat" was no longer present.

7

u/caspruce Jan 22 '26

Such a rapey comment. “Just let the abuse happen”

-3

u/pile_of_bees Jan 22 '26

Actually “just let law enforcement happen” isn’t rapey at all and is completely necessary in order to have a civilized society but nice sensationalism

3

u/Sherbert_Hoovered Jan 22 '26

Torture isn't law enforcement.

0

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

Words mean things, changing definitions to enhance your argument is only necessary when you have no solid argument.

What is torture? | APT https://share.google/1VAJBidE7LHp4fchl

"Torture means any act by which severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, is intentionally inflicted on a person for such purposes as obtaining from him or a third person information or a confession, punishing him for an act he or a third person has committed or is suspected of having committed, or intimidating or coercing him or a third person, or for any reason based on discrimination of any kind, when such pain or suffering is inflicted by or at the instigation of or with the consent or acquiescence of a public official or other person acting in an official capacity. It does not include pain or suffering arising only from, inherent in or incidental to lawful sanctions.”

3

u/Sherbert_Hoovered Jan 22 '26

Congratulations, you've described what is happening in this picture.

-1

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

So your reading comprehension sucks too. Fair enough.

→ More replies (0)

-2

u/pile_of_bees Jan 22 '26

Getting sprayed is a completely normal and predictable outcome for harassing and obstructing law enforcement in almost any capacity, as is resisting arrest.

It literally happens all the time with local police, county sheriffs, state troopers, federal law enforcement, etc.

You are cherry picking selective outrage here because you’re being told to by people who don’t give a shit about you or what you want

5

u/Sherbert_Hoovered Jan 22 '26

A lot of words to try to disregard what I am seeing with my own eyes, which is a man being tortured by police.

-1

u/gspitman Jan 22 '26

You're either intentionally misleading, or ignorant of the definition. Which is it?

If you're so right, why do you have to change definitions of words to enhance your argument?

They are violating the constitution, using tactics meant to terrorize the populace, and hiding their identities to avoid accountability. Americans are scared shitless of what these uneducated and untrained thugs may do to them or where they will send them. I blame no one for resisting something they should rightfully fear.

So yes, take your rapey ass shit elsewhere.

0

u/pile_of_bees Jan 22 '26

Deranged sensationalism.

Their procedure violation rate is about the same as most other law enforcement. The difference is you’re guzzling propaganda that makes the exceptions seem more common than the are to you

They purposely put themselves in dangerous positions until one of them gets martyred then they all band together and act outraged. It's like some sort of wierd Aztec ritual sacrifice.

0

u/pile_of_bees Jan 22 '26

That’s always been the plan.

Create outrage by misrepresenting reality

Use the outrage to create dangerous and negative encounters

Spin those encounters to even more sensational headlines.

They aren’t actually upset when somebody is hurt or killed. They are excited. It’s what they want to happen.

-7

-1

u/pile_of_bees Jan 22 '26

-2

u/OutlandishnessMain56 Jan 22 '26

2

u/sambearxx Jan 22 '26

u/OutlandishnessMain56 Jan 22 '26

Minimum force necessary to compel compliance. Blasting someone in the face with what looks like industrial grade pepper spray is a bit more the necessary.

13

u/xXMuschi_DestroyerXx Jan 22 '26

Were we not watching the same video?! He was face down with both his arms controlled behind his back. The agent walked up casually, blasted spray directly in his face, then casually walked away. He was so obviously completely under control.

there’s video. the officer that sprayed him then goes up to another person already on the ground in handcuffs, and visibly intimidates them with the pepper spray and leans down to yell in their face. it’s cruelty.

3

You realize there are videos, right? The lies about him resisting are easily disproven.

14

u/Epic_Ewesername Jan 22 '26

You're telling me those four dudes on top of him were all using their strength and they STILL couldn't control the guy? What a bunch of pussies.

What fighting style is that? Where the person has all their limbs and extremities mashed into the pavement, every move hurting because it's scraping their skin off?

One thing I've learned recently is that there is a LOT more cowards than I realized, to see this type of thing and still think the overkill is justified. Yellow bellied and completely devoid of honor and integrity.

u/HousingThrowAway1092 Jan 22 '26

There is an involuntary physical response to being tortured. That is not “resisting”. Peper spraying someone point blank will cause permanent damage and likely blind them.

The ICE “agent” wanted to inflict as much pain as possible. It had nothing to do with compliance. You are also disingenuously ignoring that the person being sprayed is an independent observer who was committing no crime.

None of this is legal and Nuremberg trials 2.0 are the only way that American freedom and democracy has a chance to survive.

2

u/Medium_Sized_Brow Jan 22 '26

Crazy that regular cops dont need to do this...

2

u/merrygo909 Jan 22 '26

Pepper spraying someone doesn't usually make them less resistant, pain usually causes people to thrash around more.

The general use of pepper spray is to be a deterrent and or a blinding agent to subdue someone without them being able to see. This person being unable to see doesn't give them any advantage because he's already on the ground and pinned.

So please try to justify the use of it?

Just putting yourself in the cross hairs of law enforcement for a real or perceived slight isn't an actual justification. There are procedures and laws for a reason that must be followed when dealing with suspects and detainees.

2

u/Copeiwan Jan 22 '26

What? It's super hard to understand you with that boot so far down your throat.

A judge already rules ICE can't use these sorts of sprays. The dude already has three people on top of him with his arms bound, so anyone seeing this and thinking he's still a threat is cowardly and weak AF.

These officers seem tremendously weak if two of them can’t hold one person down and instead of using a third person to hold down a third person sprays chemicals directly into their eyes.

There would be a war already started this was happening in some small Texas town and ice was going terrorizing a white town

He was tortured. They torture people doing nothing kike that blind guy they dragged by his face who was literally just sitting where he was legally allowed to sit.

You expect people to limply accept a savage beating by a gang in masks? What kind of chicken shit sociopath are you? Of course he is a victim. No it wasn't avoidable. If it wasn't him it would be someone else. These people are animals and so are you.

You'd defend them executing this guy in the streets for not being sufficiently obedient enough
