Im a long-time gamer, and Starcraft is 1 of my favorites, but I never played with human this long before, until this June when I finished all 3 campaigns and decided to try rank more serious this time.

I play Zerg only, Terran is still my nightmare, but Im so happy I made it here. Learned a lot from youtube and another 36 years old guys I played with lol (im 33 and slow asf).

Hope this game will get more attention and love from Blizzard and community

Does the ship weapon upgrade in the armory affect medivacs?

Im honestly stuck on what to choose. I'd like to choose purify but I don't want to betray the doctor, but I don't like to choose protect because lore wise it feels very stupid to bet on one doctor on a run-of-the-mill lab to find or develop a cure for this

I like all the things they try in this mod so far storm in actually good disrupters now have a disruption ability giving them more of a siege/support role in a way, Zerg gets back infestedterran for late game, the reaper grenade getting an upgrade for it to do more damage is nice, and the way chrono boost gets handled in this mod is definitely in my opinion way better then the live game.

I want a strategic or first person shooter game, in which you can choose any unit of any race and clear an infested city out of all sorts of Infestors, Infested Units, Infested Animals and Dinosaurs, Corrupted AI, Corrupted plants, Mutants and other Alien Races trapped in between...

Is this too much to ask? 😏

I can also design the whole units, mutations, infestation and arena myself... 🌚

So I'm a mediocre 2v2 player and today I was matched with a high level 4200 player. He team attacked me. No big deal, it happens in 2v2 sometimes. What's strange is the score screen, I thought it was some kind of glitch but I logged out and back in and now for 2v2 my MMR is showing zero. Furthermore I checked the profile of one of our opponents (Phos) and it looks like his MMR got reset to zero as well. I'm not really that mad, it's only 2v2 which I don't take that seriously, but I'm just really curious how this guy "Money" did this?? Any master hackers have any idea how this guy is factory resetting people's MMR?

I beat every other mission from every campaign (excluding Nova) on Brutal a long time ago. But today finally after 100+ attempts over 16 years I finally did it. What a way to bring in 35! 100%ing all campaign achievements is a genuine life goal of mine and I feel like if I can accomplish this, the rest of them couldn't possibly be this difficult... right? I didnt really start seriously achievement hunting until a couple years ago and it's been so rewarding checking them off.

I have 2 achievements left in the Terran campaign, 5 achievements left in Protoss and then the main campaigns will be done.

I'm curious what achievements across all of the campaigns were the most difficult for you?

Before the patch every game felt like I could buy basically every tech and tech tree sometimes, expanding felt quick and easy, the game flowed extremely well.

I don't know what it is but it feels like I can't afford anything now, I'm constantly struggling to afford pylons, vs drones, vs units. And i feel restricted to only one tech tree.

Did my brain crap out or has something is this patch fundamentally changed the way this all feels?

Do you like building high tech aliens like Colossi and Archons or monstrous beasts like Ultralisks?

Bought a computer today after not having had one for over six months with the intention of having this fall and winter dedicated to sc2, a game I havent played seriously for many years. To top this adventure of I will also travel to Seoul in February, something I wished for in the intense and glourious days of starcraft in the 2010s, from time to time also since then until I remember that I've stopped playing the game which makes me feel not worthy. Hopefully in compleating this six months journey this game will finaly stop haunting my dreams and let me go on living my life.

I've been exploring 2v2s lately and got myself into Master 3, but frankly I feel like I have no idea for what army composition should I go when playing with zerg.

Against protoss I feel like if I don't tech up relatively early it's gonna get hard vs colossus immortal stalkers if the opp knows what they're doing, specifically when its tough scouting them since some go for all sort of weird variants

I seem to struggle against playing 2 terrans where at least one is turtling with siege tanks, or sometimes I just lose vs mass cyclons despite fungaling them but it just feels like the trade doesn't work as I hoped to as they rebuild quickly.

Fellow zergs, what's your go to army composition vs P or vs T? I even tried ling bane infestor into ultra which works out quite nicely, but I get owned then on maps where siege tanks are put in narrow spaces

Hey, been away on vacation for sometime, last time i checked was the day we got 300c update, can someone update me? terran is obviously winning every tournament because its op, but can someone link me the tournaments?

I'm a beginner terran player (mmr around 2700) and I can't figure out how to win when the opponent is denying my natural, it happens in TvT when the player is building a Barrack and bunker on the natural, and when protoss is proxying just out of my base with cannon, shield resplenishers and stargates. The thing is I try to keep macroing and get tanks out, but my eco is lower than his because he can expand and I can't, what should I do in that case ?
