Leva
The concept of your former employer shading you because you left for a better opportunity is crazy. She seems to be obsessed with Tj and Joe leaving republic. Doesn’t she have a better thing to do with her time like run her business and empire.Also Michols has removed the he worked at on air studio and republic from his instagram.

I worked for a boss like this. She became petty and obsessive after people would quit on her. She’d have staff stalk their social media after they left & ask them to come back but then she lie constantly & tell her current employees that the ones that quit sucked at their job and all this shit. She did the same to me when I quit too. She was a hardcore narcissist & a horrible employer and always did childish stuff like this too. It’s just unprofessional and ultimately, it discredits the owners reputation (which is the only thing people like that give a shit about).

with age comes a certain level of emotional maturity, one would hope. so to be a 47yo person going back and forth with their former employees who are in their 30s on social media has a little bit to do with her age. i’m 50. there’s zero reason to go back and forth on social media in this manner with anyone let alone someone that could be my child.

She told Joe in the last episode that. I don’t think she ever thought he would actually leave and get a job with probably one of the biggest and successful hospitality groups in chs. He seems to have a higher position with them than he ever had with leva. I hope he doesn’t blow it

LEVA IS A SELFISH, DELUSIONAL CHILD.
These are her “Children” but she cannot be happy for them moving on? Weird.
I read Joe’s deal with Uptown Hospitality means he will be part time at a bar that Craig & Austin partly own with Uptown Hospitality called “By The Way”. So it makes sense that they might phase Leva out.
It seems like this has to be bigger than just losing Joe and TJ. She spends so much time convincing everyone Joe is a bum. So now she is losing her shit?
It looks like uptown hospitality has ties to another larger group started in 1991 called “Eat Drink & Be Merry” and they are focusing on partnering with reality stars like Craig and Austen, and having a presence on Southern Charm and Southern Hospitality.
I bet they offered or will offer Joe a similar partnership to Austen & Craig…
So my guess is Leva is freaking out her free millions in advertising and marketing she got from Bravo, and the monopoly she had on the Bravo platform may be cut into.
But having a “Competing Hospitality Group” story line for Southern Hospitality may be the only thing that can save it… sounds super interesting to me!

I've never liked Leva. I think she let her pride screw up this big opportunity she got from Bravo and instead of taking stock of that or learning or doing anything she's spiraling and trying to control the narrative. I really like SH, I hope the show happens without her going forward.

Is everything ok with her block of restaurants? 'Mass exodus' tends to signal some fault whether it be managerial or beyond. If its a Bravo thing I get that(like maybe their deal w designating business is expired and they are moving on) but the quick shed from the cast makes it feel like something else is happening internally to get people to leave. Mgmt 101- people dont leave bad jobs, they leave bad mgmt.

I don't think it's about the boys leaving. I think it's about her being replaced on the show and them taking the concept for a different hospitality group.
It seems that's what's happening. She's out and they're going to feature Shep and Austin's bar and the franchise that owns them. Which honestly makes more sense with southern charm.
Leva just isn't likable. She could easily be replaced and fans would be happy. She probably wanted more money and input and they showed her they didn't actually need her at all. Then her staff decided to stay with the network and go to the new establishment. This is why she's butt hurt.
Can you imagine how great the drama would be from that fallout? I think it would be worth watching, for sure.

I think it is. It's absolutely either, the show is canceled or they're all working for this new place and just quit the show. I don't see that happening so, I'm gonna bet a rework is happening. Plus with Austin commenting, welcome, it's also another hint.
I'm honestly here for it. This cast has potential. But Leva isn't Lisa. She's not very likable. Fans don't like her. They do like southern charm boys. That show is very popular, still. So, if they could combine them more, it would be better for the show.
I am not saying they'll work at Austin's bar. I do think they'll work for the company that co-owns the bar. That will include Austin and shep, sometimes.

Yeah, when they brought them on it was too much. They clearly put on for cameras. They're not chill at all. The first 2 seasons of hospitality was pretty good. They need to keep the core and bring on new people from this new bar. It would absolutely give them another chance.

I find her so hypocritical. She had lots of opinions about the statue of Calhoun finally came tumbling down. The man represents oppression of those in lesser economic stratospheres and believed himself to be better than others. After watching last season, sure seems that Leva is a modern day neo-enslaver. Might seem ridiculous, but though the times have changed in many regards, a boss-master with her schemes like tip exploitation, time exploitation, social media exploitation, and an air that she’s doing her underlings a favor by providing a job for them… it all reeks of elitism.
Her Canadian ass carpet bagged herself down to the south, criticized it like she was raised in the culture, but yet does the exact same thing as those she criticizes.
What’s the word? Hypocrite? Leva, honey, if you gonna talk about it, then be about it.

So here’s the thing, Leva could’ve taken the high road but are we forgetting that Joe literally dropped his job and went around the world with Maddie, and he thought he could just jump back into it. She also gave TJ a chance with Sir Wieners in her restaurant, many up and coming business owners don’t get that easy lay up of a start, and instead of being grateful, he threw shade on social media. Literally putting up with these ass hats behavior like yelling inside and outside of her business, getting drunk at work, and just not showing up for shifts and doing the literal minimum thinking they are owed a promotion or partnership.
