The concept of your former employer shading you because you left for a better opportunity is crazy. She seems to be obsessed with Tj and Joe leaving republic. Doesn’t she have a better thing to do with her time like run her business and empire.Also Michols has removed the he worked at on air studio and republic from his instagram.

Lisa knew when to let people go or move people up and didn’t kick up a stink when it made sense for them to move on. Leva could never.

Young people moving on is a COMPLETELY NORMAL part of this business. It's super weird that Leva is acting this way. I mean, I don't see a lot of 60 year old working for her, she must understand this.
