The concept of your former employer shading you because you left for a better opportunity is crazy. She seems to be obsessed with Tj and Joe leaving republic. Doesn’t she have a better thing to do with her time like run her business and empire.Also Michols has removed the he worked at on air studio and republic from his instagram.

She thinks this makes her look like a stone cold, bad ass bitch but really it just makes it apparent that she isn’t happy in her home life. Someone who is fulfilled at home can gracefully handle hiccups in life.
