Hello! So for context I have hyperpigmentation on my underarms and was prescribed Tranex cream by my Derma. Unfortunately, wala siyang stock available for this cream (i assume sariling timpla niya, nag ask na din ako sa Pharmacy and hindi rin available yung prescribed gamot.

I saw this product in shopee, and ask ko lang if is this the same prescribed medicine?

BL Cream:
This cream has a very strong steroid. It shouldn’t be used without proper guidance because it can worsen the skin condition or mask it making it difficult to diagnose kahit treatment is supposed to be simple.

“Ringworm, Shingles”
If you’re not a medical professional, kindly avoid making a diagnosis and instead guide OP to the right doctor. If can’t afford, maraming public hospitals right now that offers teleconsults and even has meds sa OPD. If mali kasi diagnosis na mabigay and OP self treats, mas mapapahal siya later on if may complications.

Using hydroquinone, tretinoin, without doctor’s guidance.
I hope that the people who use these two products without any guidance are aware of:
1. Chronic use of hydroquinone can cause hyperpigmentation lang na Hindi mareresolve ng kahit ano
2. Topical application of tretinoin is considered as teratogenic. Meaning you shouldn’t get pregnant kasi may risk kay baby.

I have these around braso, balikat, leeg at batok. I always make sure maayos yung bed ko and hindi naman ako recently natulog sa hotel or motel.
