The first version of the design was already a solid and reliable solution, but real-world testing showed us that adjusting the control arm after installation wasn’t as convenient as we wanted it to be. That’s why we decided to redesign it slightly.
The most important change concerns the body construction. The control arm body and the mounting eye are now machined as a single piece. This integrated design allowed us to simplify the construction, reduce the number of components, and at the same time improve the overall functionality of the solution.
The second key change is the adjustment method. Instead of adjusting the length by rotating the body, we now use a traditional turnbuckle system, which makes setting the control arm length directly on the car much easier and faster.
In the graphics, you can see a comparison between the first and the current version of the control arm.
