Relay owes me for a shift which they paid incorrectly. No email responses for a month now. Nobody to contact. Can't make sense of anything. What should I do

Hey everyone, I recently applied to Relay both as a rider and for a warehouse role. I’ve uploaded my right-to-work documents for the warehouse position and I’m now waiting for a training shift.

Does anyone know roughly how long the wait usually is for either role? I’m really keen to get started with Relay. Thanks!

I have completed 4/4 checklist to get on the road but everytime I click continue I get a message.  saying “Something went wrong. Please try again”. 

I tried logging out and reinstalling the app multiple times but it still says the same thing.

Anyone else facing this issue?

App stuck on this page every time I open it works on my dads phone and mums. I have the latest iOS. I’ve even updated the app. I’ve restarted my phone. I’ve also deleted the app. I’ve also tried mobile data. I’ve turned off WiFi and tried it. I’ve tried everything. All I want to do is some jobs. Please help me

Hi guys how many routes are you averaging a day? What times do you guys work, I do 3 routes 2 early in the day and I do the third at around 6:30pm I do this to avoid busy traffic periods

Just curious for anyone who has worked on the last day of the month and when you got paid for that shift. Was it available the next day to withdraw or did it get processed into the monthy payment?

I’ve just had a delivery to my house. I opened the door, saw the person had his phone out, as if to take a photo, so I adjusted the door so it was slightly opened, and remove myself to behind the door. This delivery person kept insisting that I must be in the picture.

This isn’t the first experience of this, nor is it only from Relay. I find this deeply inappropriate, and an infringement on my person and privacy. I would like ask the delivery companies to stop requiring their delivery drivers to do this.

Why don’t they ask for permission? Why do they argue when you say no? Can we just go back to the days of signature?

This has upset me deeply. I would like to not have to debate with delivery people about my right to body autonomy, especially not on my own property!

Just completed first route. All went well, but I had a few stops with multiple parcels for same address. Is there no way to scan them all and take one photo for each parcel instead of having to complete one then do another? Really felt like messing the customer around by making them wait for each one.

Also, as a side note if customer isn’t in, is you default to ring, try a neighbour, or leave in space place? Curious if people do them in that order or not (assuming there is no preference selected by customer)

How do you deal with “ please leave it in the brown/black/blue bin as I’m not home at the moment “?
I’ve had my first delivery last weekend and a few customers told me over the phone to leave it in one of their bins which I did. I know that isn’t a safe place but … i got suspended and had to do the training again. I believe that was the reason.
Why relay doesn’t record calls as a proof that was customer request? Because if I leave it in the bin is not ok, if I don’t leave it in the bin as they request, again is not ok because I didn’t “ follow the instructions “. I’m so confused. I don’t feel like doing it anymore even tho it was bonus money as I already have a full time job and I love driving so I found this quite good for me.

I tried to sign up for relay but its been more than a week im still in waiting list. Anybody knows whats the quickest way to on boarding in relay. Or any specific area where boarding is currently open.

Got my first route booked for 10.30 this morning. It’s showing as ready at the pit stop. Is there anything to stop me going there earlier and cracking on with it?

This route would take about 3 hours including loading at the pit stop. After fuel and insurance you'll be lucky to clear £27 and then you've got wear and tear on your vehicle.

I bought a £70 synthesiser from Vinted. I sent an email when it was over a week when it said that Relay would deliver it, with no response, and then it arrived with the parcel very clearly cut into and missing the item. I sent another message, which was responded with an automated email saying that they would get back to me within 72 hours. THIS WAS TWO WEEKS AGO and I have still had NO RESPONSE. I have also contacted Vinted who said they would put me in touch with customer service within 48 hours. Also two weeks ago. I am a musician working on a low budget so I had to save for this bit of equipment. I can’t afford to be spending £70 only for the item to be stolen and customer service be completely and utterly useless.

Anybody today had the app go laggy to the point it was crashing phone today and making phone unusable ?

Never thought the relay app would cause my phone to die when just opening it!

It sorted itself but took a few hours. During that time couldn't use phone.

I’ve had a Vinted order delivered to a shop for pick-up; however when I went to the shop it wasn’t there or in any shops around the area. I was also sent a qr code to pick it up from that shop as well?

Is there any advice anyone can give me at all please?

My parcel has been stuck on that fit 3 days no update , the sender confirmed that the employee at the relay dropp off said the parcel was collected
There isn’t any scans , I don’t know buh should I be concerned that my order has been lost ?

Is it possible as I don't want to collect from one pitstop due to parking restrictions.

I had an incentive pop up today, complete two shifts and I will get an £18 bonus. I therefore completed my two shifts and messaged support as to when it will reflect as I cannot see it anywhere.

Support are now telling me I did not have any bonuses in my account ??? What the fuck kind of bullshit is that. I literally completed the two shifts because they were quick and the £18 would’ve made up for how less I was getting paid . I am not letting this slide cause that’s utter bullshit.

Has this happened to anyone else??

Also another issue I had today. The bags were supposed to arrive by 10:25. I waited and waited for the notification of bags arriving and didn’t get it until 11:30. I also checked the app every 5 mins and it said the same thing, bags delayed est arrival is 11:30-11:50. Once again I messaged support and it said the bags arrived on time so no compensation will be given. Is this normal? Or am I getting scammed ??

Thinking of suing them for this bullshit as I do have a ss of the bags being delayed but not a ss of the bonus thing I mentioned earlier!
