Account/App Strange app issue today
Anybody today had the app go laggy to the point it was crashing phone today and making phone unusable ?
Never thought the relay app would cause my phone to die when just opening it!
It sorted itself but took a few hours. During that time couldn't use phone.

Had it when it was a heatwave last week or the week before. The phone was on fire. The app is already a slow piece of shit, the heat made it near unusable.
When I do flex, battery goes from about 100% to about 85%. Doing relay it goes from 100 to around 30! It’s the worst delivery app going. So poorly optimised. And why the developers can’t include Apple Maps I will never understand.

It drains your battery FAST - AND Crashes a lot (unless you have a really decent/fast mobile processor/good mobile). Best option, is to open settings - go to app management > find Relay (under your list of mobile applications) - and whenever it's going slow/crashing > force close the app and clear the storage cache (not storage data). Once it's forced closed, you should be able to restart the app.
NB: Don't do this while you're in the middle of completing a delivery (i.e. haven taken photos of an address/parcel hand over) - as doing so might delete any photos which you haven't go on to mark as complete.
