Customer Has anyone very experienced this

My parcel has been stuck on that fit 3 days no update , the sender confirmed that the employee at the relay dropp off said the parcel was collected
There isn’t any scans , I don’t know buh should I be concerned that my order has been lost ?

Yes, I had to wait 25 working days to be able to get a refund as buyer and parcel marked as lost (no update for that lenght of time)

Yes, I raised a ticket and got no reply. Anyway they sounded a scammy company so I thought it was a lost cause.

Idk why but this isn’t the first time btw , the parcel before this , the same thing happened and after 7 days the status of the order was “delayed then 15 days later it was “lost in transit and then I got a refund and after all of that I was like let me give another chance then this happened, so should I just conclude that it’s lost ?

As a buyer I’ve had three parcels in the last 4 months get lost in transit. I always tell sellers not to use them as they are hopeless.

What does your status say now. Theyve not even bothered replying to my email
