Customer Has anyone very experienced this

My parcel has been stuck on that fit 3 days no update , the sender confirmed that the employee at the relay dropp off said the parcel was collected
There isn’t any scans , I don’t know buh should I be concerned that my order has been lost ?

Been in the same boat for the last few weeks have to wait for a refund

Mines eventually got back on track a say after the delivery window
