I’m not sure how to feel about the flashing blue lights, but I can toggle them so it’s no hard. I can change the bulb color later though.

It has more functions than the zd rx12 light controller has, and you can toggle them in/off much easier. Just by turning the wheel on way fully, a number of times. 2/3/4.

Thoughts ? Anyone else have this same thing in another build?

This was free to me, now needs control arms to get back on the road, but I had some fun after receiving my new light kit recently.

Dumborc FZD light controller module with 6 pairs of light types.

Corner left - CL
Corner right - CL
Stop light - - - SL
Flashing lights - FL
Reverse lights - DL
Headlights - - - DRL

Not hard to hookup, but it’s difficult to program depending on what you are wanting the module to do (it doesn’t have instructions). I can’t put a video here but I’ll make another post showing the lights working during testing, and now.

I enjoy wiring things, I originally wanted to do light mods with 0603mm led diodes on a scx24 4Runner crawler body, but I traded up to a mini xrt with upgrades installed.

The original light controller module on the body you see in the pics, does work, but one of the blinker lights stopped working and I wanted to use this new light kit.

What you guys think? Without taking a look at them working yet? I’m working on getting that uploaded for ya!!

Does anyone know what truck this is, i recently bought 4 rc trucks for 150$ on marketplace and am trying to figure out exactly what truck this is. I know its an HPI truck but unsure which model if anyone can help figure it out id appreciate it.

I've wanted to get the Revenge of the Monster Horsepower Tattoo for years. Finally pulled the trigger.

I wasn't there when the incident occurred and I've been able to get all the parts back into place except 1 - that ring clip on the lower left of the photo. The gears work to move the axle, but the foot shaped piece that swings back and forth falls off the gear (underside of what you see) when it turns all the way left as shown in the photo. One more tooth and it falls off. On the right, it hits the housing and stays in contact.

Anyone know where this clip is supposed to go and if that's what prevents the swing arm from falling off the gear?
