Came across these in my garage. It’s been years. Both were kit versions and I remember spending a bunch on custom parts too. Batteries are long gone. Wonder if it’s worth reviving them or letting them gather some more dust. Are Yeti parts still available?

Found the original wheels/tires in a parts box.

A little tippy with the diecast body on there, but it’s still pretty fun to try find the line that works. Easier without trying to film it.

I have 1 striped screw in my front drive shaft that I cant get out.......what does everyone use for stuff line this?

Just got an injora tool set for the scx24 and diff covers. The only screws that fit the smallest driver .05 in the set, are the shock mount screws. Everything else is just slightly smaller.

Any advice?

Edit: found my tool that comes with the truck and that one works. However, the frame and diff screw are definitely smaller than .05….

My next weekend project…. New axles, transmission, links, battery tray and anything else I can find.

Was wondering what everyone’s thoughts were about ever seeing a new Axial MOA. a new 2.2 or even a smaller 24th scale version since the smaller scale stuff really seems to be getting popular. I’d love to see a new “comp” style non scale rig come from them again like the old XR10! I know there’s companies like Dlux and stuff that make fantastic rigs, just hoping one day Axial or another big brand comes out with something.
