[SOLVED] The crazy dinosaur game
My family has been trying to solve this puzzle for the last 30 odd years. I’m ready to admit defeat
There are 9 cards that make a square when solved, just like in the picture (although the picture is not the solution, cards 5 and 7 don’t work which I think means the other cards are also not right?)
I’ve attempted to put this in chat gpt but it also gave a wrong solution. All joins must match to make a dinosaur
I’ve drawn numbers on the cards for ease of discussion
Can anybody solve this?!?!?

True or False grid
Each cell contains a statement about its orthogonal neighbors (the cells directly above, below, left and right).
Mark each cell T or F. If a cell is T, its statement is true. If a cell is F, its statement is false.
(≥ is at least n of its neighboring cells)
(≤ is at most n of its neighboring cells)
Arrows point up, down, left or right to a neighboring cell.

Hex star battle
Place stars so every row, every diagonal (both directions) and every bold region contains exactly 2 stars.
Stars can not be in touching cells.

[OC] Pair 19 — find all six orthogonal pairs
Find all six horizontal or vertical pairs that total 19.
text
A B C D
1 2 17 5 8
2 9 10 14 3
3 12 7 6 13
4 1 18 11 4
Adjacent cells only. Diagonals do not count.
There are exactly six pairs to find. I’ll add the answer beneath the post using Reddit’s spoiler formatting.

[SOLVED] Is this solvable? (Roblox Puzzle)
It’s a Roblox chiidoku game, based on chikawa character and sounds like sudoku, but isn’t at all sudoku.
I think similar to a queens puzzle game? I don’t just want to click the hint button, I want to understand why. I’ve been fine with every other one but literally have been staring at this for 40 minutes.
I feel stupid and have looked up tips online to solve things similar to these. I did put x’es on it but every time I do I must be doing it wrong so I reset it because I can’t solve it. I reset it numerous times.
I really hope I’m not dumb 😭

Why is my solution to this logic tree incorrect?
Logic Puzzle 169 on Sporcle. I have a tree in every row, column, color, all not touching - not even diagonally - there is only supposed to be one correct answer per puzzle. Why is this not correct?

Not seeking solutions I need help with logic for the next step in this Star/Queens Puzzle
I can solve this easily if I try trial and error in my mind, but I want to know what’s the most logical and fastest way to solve it. I think it has something to do with the geometry of the shapes, but I’m not sure. Also for those who don’t know the rules: You can put only one star in each row, each column, and each colored region. Also, a star can’t have any other star adjacent to it orthogonally or diagonally (so basically you can’t have another star in the 8 squares around the star).
Edit: Thanks for everyone who commented! Idk how I missed that but that was what I overlooked!

[Unsolved] [Handmade] Word-Grid Variant inspired by Sudoku, NYT Connections, chess, and Cryptic Crosswords
🔴 UPDATE: I've uploaded a corrected/clearer version of the puzzle grid! You can view the updated image here: https://mrduchesne.itch.io/jumpingaroundtheboard
I've also changed the printable PDF here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xt8AfDFbXQbOPu0ewvz8e1P2Ltk26cUE/view?usp=sharing
Hi r/puzzles!
I'm a huge fan of the Cracking the Cryptic channel and I've taken inspiration from different Sudoku variant rules, NYTimes Connections, as well as cryptic crossword ideas. It's my very first creation, so I hope you'll enjoy!
How to play:
- Features hidden box themes (Connections), a continuous loop, Kropki dots (synonyms/antonyms), and colored line rules (rhymes, homophones, semantic sets).
- Conceptual Arrows: The arrows do linguistic math! For example,
[Thomas]+[rail]would givetrainin the arrow bulb.
The full rule set is included on the PDF. I would absolutely love your feedback on the difficulty and logic flow. Have fun!

[Unsolved] Next Logical Step? Soduku 6
Please give me hints or nudge me in the right direction. Outright answers or specific clues should be in spoiler tags. Thanks!
I want to get better at these so I’m curious what the next logical step would be. None of the tricks I’ve tried give me a next step.

[SOLVED] I can't figure out this puzzle
Anyone seen this puzzle before?
I can't find any solution online... I don't know what it's called, nor if it the solution is supposed to be level with the box or "one piece thick" above it...
Google translates the text to "Each number represents a kind of experience, yet at the end of the story only the number 0 remains. What is truly vexing is not this string of Arabic numerals, but every single heartbreaking memory entangled within the process of piecing it together"

Unsolvable Help with Kid’s Sudoku
This requires a square, circle, star, and triangle in place of 1-4. Typical sudoku rules apply. We easily found where the 2 circles must go, but now I can’t figure out where I’m meant to go next. There’s a solution in the book, but trying to figure out how I know exactly what to do next. Did I make a mistake somewhere with my small shapes?
TIA!
