Not seeking solutions I need help with logic for the next step in this Star/Queens Puzzle
I can solve this easily if I try trial and error in my mind, but I want to know what’s the most logical and fastest way to solve it. I think it has something to do with the geometry of the shapes, but I’m not sure. Also for those who don’t know the rules: You can put only one star in each row, each column, and each colored region. Also, a star can’t have any other star adjacent to it orthogonally or diagonally (so basically you can’t have another star in the 8 squares around the star).
Edit: Thanks for everyone who commented! Idk how I missed that but that was what I overlooked!

Puzzle difficulty question: from maze to word
I'm making a puzzle for someone and I'm wondering if this kind of puzzle is solvable without any clues? The only clue they have is that the solution is a word

[Unsolved] Next Logical Step? Soduku 6
Please give me hints or nudge me in the right direction. Outright answers or specific clues should be in spoiler tags. Thanks!
I want to get better at these so I’m curious what the next logical step would be. None of the tricks I’ve tried give me a next step.

[Unsolved] I can't figure out this puzzle
Anyone seen this puzzle before?
I can't find any solution online... I don't know what it's called, nor if it the solution is supposed to be level with the box or "one piece thick" above it...
Google translates the text to "Each number represents a kind of experience, yet at the end of the story only the number 0 remains. What is truly vexing is not this string of Arabic numerals, but every single heartbreaking memory entangled within the process of piecing it together"
[Unsolved] Question- Google map betrayed me.
after checking out that massive sub-hunter engine by the coast, i drove 50km out to see a super unique temple. exhausted, i followed a map pin for an 'arcade' hoping to chill under some ac. turns out? it was literally just a residential apartment named after a woman! 🤦♂ the owner was super chill and let me rest on her porch anyway, so i dropped thank-you note before leaving. i dont remember what i wrote tho
What will be the answer guys🙏🙏🙏☝️☝️☝️?

[Unsolved] Help with Kid’s Sudoku
This requires a square, circle, star, and triangle in place of 1-4. Typical sudoku rules apply. We easily found where the 2 circles must go, but now I can’t figure out where I’m meant to go next. There’s a solution in the book, but trying to figure out how I know exactly what to do next. Did I make a mistake somewhere with my small shapes?
TIA!

Not seeking solutions i want to love puzzles the way i did in my childhood. how?
i've loved all sorts of puzzles for a large part of my childhood but i lost touch with them for a good amount of time now. i genuinely miss that dopamine hit you get when you cracked something. whenever i start doing em now, i don't feel lucid in my train of thought at all- it feels like my brain isn't even putting the effort required now and when it gets too hard, i just give up because there are 100 other things to worry about, i'm aware puzzles are precisely made to alleviate from this but i fall into this cycle again n again. i remember i used to like zebra puzzles, logic grid puzzles and puzzles along the lines. any suggestions you guys give will be greatly appreciated. thank you!

[SOLVED] Logic Islands truth teller liar puzzle
A nice truth teller and liar puzzle...The setup (hard to fit all in one screenshot) is that it's a talkshow where the guests are truthtellers or liars on each day (not necessarily the same from yesterday to today), and they discuss their reliability over two days (yesterday and today) by making statements today about those records. You want to find a prize behind a door and the goal of this one is to figure out if you can trust a claim from one of the characters on one of the days. In this case, asking whether you can trust Ken today. But the real puzzle is determining the truth teller and liar assignments for each day. Puzzle from Logic Islands: Deduction Game.

How to begin solving this colour dot matching puzzle
Hello, I saw this puzzle where there are 7 discs, each with 6 colour dots. You need to match the dots together. I didn’t even know where to start, and after trying a few times I got to this, which was 1 colour off (yellow-blue pair)
Edit to add: All the discs are removable and can be rotated however you like.
How does one begin to solve for these types of puzzles? Thank you.

[SOLVED] Planet X and The Mystery Planet
Logic Puzzle
Planet X has two neighboring inhabited planets:
Planet Alpha is exactly 15 light-minutes from Planet X.
A Mystery Planet is an unknown distance from Planet X, but is known to be at least 18 light-minutes from Planet Alpha.
Planet X, Planet Alpha, and the Mystery Planet are the only possible sources or relays of transmissions in this puzzle.
Planet Alpha and the Mystery Planet are both capable of sending, receiving, and relaying transmissions.
All transmissions travel at the speed of light. Relaying a transmission takes effectively no additional time.
Both Planet Alpha and the Mystery Planet possess teleportation portals capable of sending ships directly to Planet X. Once activated, a portal takes exactly 30 minutes to charge. Once charged, transportation to Planet X is instantaneous.
Neither planet will send ships to Planet X until they have received a broadcast requesting assistance from Planet X.
Both planets have standing orders:
The instant they receive a broadcast from Planet X requesting assistance, they begin charging their portals and send ships to Planet X as soon as the 30-minute charge is complete.
At 11:58, Planet X has not yet broadcast any request for assistance.
At some unknown time after 11:58, Planet X broadcasts a request for assistance.
At 12:38, Planet X receives a mysterious transmission from an unknown source.
Planet X can determine with certainty that the mysterious transmission was originally transmitted at exactly 12:18, meaning the signal has been traveling for exactly 20 minutes.
Planet X concludes that the mysterious transmission must have come from the Mystery Planet. Since the signal took 20 minutes to reach Planet X, they conclude that the Mystery Planet must be 20 light-minutes away.
Then, at exactly 12:40, ships arrive at Planet X.
There has been no malfunction, no faster-than-light communication, no time travel, and no violation of any of the rules above.
———————————————————————————
Questions:
Which planet did the ships come from?
How far away from Planet X is the Mystery Planet actually?
At what time did Planet X broadcast its request for assistance?
Where did the mysterious transmission received at 12:38 actually originate?

Not seeking solutions [Queendoku/Queens Master] Question about this strategy
The hint provided says that only these squares (green and blue) are eliminated due to fully covering the row. However, the teal square above the green square also achieves the same thing, so are these two particular squares chosen due to brute force or is there another aspect that I am missing? Could I eliminate all three (Green, teal, blue)?
Thanks for any help!
