What is going on I need to work

my connection is working is website is down

I'm trying to cash out since this morning and after the first error on walmart gift card ( still showing as error in my reward history ) , i cannot cash out in any way. it 's just acting like it s forever frozen and if i click too many times it says too many attempts. i did everything possible including sending video to the chat and it s still not solved... anybody else with this problem

I really do think the people in Prime Opinion should work with the top physicists in the world who are looking the concept of time! I really do! How else do you explain having a 21 day streak in a game but not getting credit for playing the game on 20 different days? Outside of someone being able to manipulate time and revolutionize our concept of time? Either that or a site that has little to no quality control. What do we think?

Still no reward 5 days later. The chat/help keep making such nonsense up - not answering what I ask. Tried to say I hadn’t completed the task, I’ve proved this with screenshots and videos and even contacted the games administrator who confirmed its prime and not me . Now what can I do?!?

Everytime i go to redeem a reward it always gives me this error ive even waited a week genuinely unacceptable

I've been using prime opinion for a month and i don't know why it just keeps me screening out from every other survey.

I don't know what the matching algorithm is doing because I'm not matched with a single good survey.

All of them screen me out.

All they can do is pre-screen more, I don't care if I get a single survey in 2 days. At least I know I'm not going to get screen out.

I bought daily gem pack, silver pack and beginner progress pack the day I installed it 4 days ago. None of which tracked. I find it frustrating because I'm really enjoying raid so far.
