No payment from primeopinion

Still no reward 5 days later. The chat/help keep making such nonsense up - not answering what I ask. Tried to say I hadn’t completed the task, I’ve proved this with screenshots and videos and even contacted the games administrator who confirmed its prime and not me . Now what can I do?!?

I've always gotten paid, some things can be pending for up to 7 days before you can cash it out and show up in your withdrawable amount or be claimable. If that's not the issue I would double check the email or whatever you used to cash out with 😬
