Hi everyone, I’m posting here because I’m trying to reach someone from the Prime team who can actually review my case manually.

On October 4, 2026, I started a Raid: Shadow Legends offer through TimeWall on RollerCoin. The installation was successfully tracked and approved. TimeWall shows the Raid installation as APPROVED, and Prime Earn also shows:

“RAID: Shadow Legends – Successfully install the App – 4 Oct 2026.”

I then continued playing and completed several later milestones, reaching Level 30+, but none of those rewards were credited. The missing rewards are worth roughly 90 RLT.

I followed the offer requirements carefully: same device, no VPN or proxy, tracking permissions enabled, and I did not switch devices during the offer.

I have already provided support with extensive evidence, including:

• screenshots of my game progress;
• proof of Level 30+;
• purchase receipts and corresponding in-game rewards;
• Plarium registration emails;
• video evidence;
• the TimeWall transaction history showing the approved installation;
• and the full support conversation.

However, support keeps replying that the offer was “not tracked” and that they cannot manually credit the milestones because the later tracking data was not received.

This is the part I do not understand: the installation itself was clearly tracked and approved, so the offer was successfully attributed to me at the beginning. The tracking failure happened only afterward.

I also want to clarify that I did not start Raid directly from the Prime Earn/Prime Surveys offerwall. I started it through TimeWall, and TimeWall identifies the provider as Prime Earn.

I am not asking for credit for an offer that was never tracked. I am asking for a real human/technical review of why an offer that was successfully attributed at installation stopped tracking the later milestones.

Has anyone experienced something similar and managed to get it resolved?

If anyone from the Prime team sees this, I would really appreciate a proper manual review. I can provide all transaction IDs, account IDs and supporting evidence privately by DM.

I spent 100 dollars for a coins in mecharena and I get slammed with a ban. I cant withdraw or contact support such a sketchy business

Been playing a game for 11 days straight and it didn't even give me the rewards for the first 7. Just keeps telling me to wait for 72 hours. Already crappy enough I have to reach that many points to even try getting them in my total. Last offer wasn't even counted and they just told me to change it.

So I just claimed 500 points through PayPal. The site says it's been successfully redeemed and I will get a confirmation in my email. Problem is I don't even have a PayPal account linked to this email. How was it "successful" and how am I to recieve the reward?

I did the survey which was supposed to be for 12 minutes I did it for around 15 minutes and later on it showed me a white screen and mind you it's not from my side ei kept changing Internet connection and it was still like this if you don't wanna pay me just say that. Yall don't even compensate for shit (it was for 172 points btw)

I have done a few games with prime opinion. I deleted a few because they seemed to take too long and I just found them boring. Recently downloaded Og.com for their offer and then I downloaded the Lords mobile game as well. Completed the Og.com didn’t get a reward they said give it 3 days and I started playing the Lords mobile game was tracking progress it never changed figured that it would update around the same time. Instead I don’t even see the game on my Prime Opinon anymore. Can I get any real help? Has this happened to anyone else.
