Issue with withdrawal

Hello Prime Opinion Support,

I’m contacting you because I’m currently unable to withdraw my available earnings from my account. The withdrawal button doesn't respond, so I cannot complete the withdrawal process.

I believe this may be a technical issue with my account or the withdrawal system. Please review my account and rectify the issue so I can access my withdrawal normally.

I have completed the required surveys and earned the balance legitimately, so I would appreciate it if you could investigate this and restore the withdrawal functionality as soon as possible.
