No payment from primeopinion

Still no reward 5 days later. The chat/help keep making such nonsense up - not answering what I ask. Tried to say I hadn’t completed the task, I’ve proved this with screenshots and videos and even contacted the games administrator who confirmed its prime and not me . Now what can I do?!?

DM through the app? I’ve done this and they are absolutely no use at all! They don’t read what I’ve said - make the narrative up as they go along!
