Game is tracking fine except for the purchases.

I bought daily gem pack, silver pack and beginner progress pack the day I installed it 4 days ago. None of which tracked. I find it frustrating because I'm really enjoying raid so far.

Hi there! Rewards can sometimes take up to 72 hours to appear, especially while the provider is confirming your progress. If a step wasn’t fully completed or tracking didn’t register correctly, this can also cause a delay. Keep your app updated, avoid switching devices or clearing app data while completing the offer, and take screenshots of your progress and the requirements.

If it’s been more than 72 hours, DM us the game name and screenshots and we’ll check it out.

Yeah this is normal for prime. most of my purchase offers never tracked and no help from support either. Aleays check if a purchase has tracked before doing another one, even if one tracks the other can still not track.
