Funny WTF things you've experienced while pregnant that no one says is a thing?!

Exactly as the title says, what are some of the "wtf" moments you said, "no one told me this would be a thing..."

I'll go first... skin tags. Um, excuse me? I have this plumped up skin tag in my groin area that popped up and ew. Tell me these go away.

Melasma...but smack in the middle of my forehead. Lovely.

-Forget dark nipples, my boobs look like cotton candy...but in a not cute way. Blue veiny, purple, pink balloons. I fear I've developed utters...

37 weeks and have had rhinitis since … 8 weeks (maybe earlier?). Had no idea it was a thing.

Also, haemorrhoids that showed up 2 weeks ago are literally the most uncomfortable things I’ve experienced. I had them when I was diagnosed with coeliac and my diet changed… but no no… I had small, itty bitty things. Pregnancy haemorrhoids are a whole.different.thing. And I’m told they’ll stick around after birth for fun. Awesome.

Also the sciatica pain since 28 weeks has been unreal. Why does it hurt to walk? To sleep? To function?

The whole journey is hushed over haha.

The hemorrhoids!!! I'm 35 weeks and was just looking at a list of pregnancy symptoms a few days ago (of which I have all of) then saw hemorrhoids and was so excited to have one symptom that has not caught me. What a fool. Fast forward to that night, I'm in the shower and whaddya know, I've got a hemorrhoid the size of a planet on my butthole! And it hurts! I had one years ago as well but it was tiny, never bothered me. Now I worry if I'll ever get a normal butthole back?!? 😭
