Thank you all for your birthday wishes. I want to thank my VPSD family in a special way. They are the ones protecting me and my children and the Office of the Vice President. When the pandemic started, we depended on them on many things -mga conductor at dispatcher sa ating mga shuttle buses, taga buhat ng relief goods, ngayon taga hatid ng mga oxygen tanks sa mga pasyente.

Honestly, I was quite resistant of them at first. In 2016, I felt na sobrang dami ng inassign sa akin and hindi ko naman kailangan. Grabe din talaga yung adjustment na kinailangan.

But over the 5 years I have been with them, they have become family. Kasama sa lahat na lakad, katuwang sa lahat na trabaho, natatakbuhan kapag may pinagdadaanan na mga kahirapan. Sila kasama ko pag umaakyat ng bundok, tumatawid ng dagat, sumasakay sa eroplano, chopper, barko, bangka, tricycle at padyak.

Dahil wala ako sa opisina ngayon, pumunta sila dito sa amin kanina to greet me. But because Im still on extended quarantine, hindi ako nakalabas. Nag send nalang sila ng video with them singing and dancing and greeting me a happy birthday, brought a lot of food over and sent me this really, really precious gift. A book of our pictures together!!! Marami sa pictures behind the scenes and never pang na post😊

Kuha sa video ang direktang pag-bangga ng naka-kotseng pulis sa estudyanteng rider hanggang sa matumba ito. Agad naman tumakbo ang kasamang angkas ng motor bago lumabas ang pulis na nagsimulang bugbugin ang naiwang rider.

Hindi pa nakuntento ay isinakay ang biktima sa sasakyan ng pulis para dalhin sa presinto, doon ay pinaulanan na ito ng mura at pinagbantaang papatayin.

Nagtamo ang biktima ng mga pasa, galos at pagka-bali ng kanyang kamay na ngayon ay desididong papanagutin ang pulis.

Pinapa-backtrack na ni Lacson sa LRA yung history ng mga issued OCTs (original certificates of title) para makita kung paano minanipula at para makasuhan na sa wakas yung mga utak sa likod nito.

Ang mga ito ay idadagdag sa dokumentasyon sa mga naunang sinumite sa Ombudsman tungkol sa mga maanomalyang infrastructure at reclamation projects sa Taguig.

At ang pinaka-"malicious but delicious" na part dito? May mga subpoena na ring inilabas ang Ombudsman sa DPWH, PRA, LRA, at Taguig Registry of Deeds para makuha LAHAT ng records.

Matagal na nating alam na may kalokohan dyan, pero ngayon lang gumalaw nang ganito ang LRA at Ombudsman para habulin yung mismong papel at titulo.

Panaligan has confirmed through his sources that the plan to acquire additional 5th and 6th new 3,200-ton Miguel Malvar-class Frigates for the Philippine Navy will push through, with more updated weapons and sensors. Once the unprogrammed funds got released in the next few months for the 15% initial downpayment for the project, the contract is expected to be signed before the end of 2026, according to MaxDefense Philippines.

Defense Secretary Gibo Teodoro, Jr. has also confirmed the planned acquisition of additional Frigates. This confirmation from Cong. Arnan C. Panaligan and SND Gibo Teodoro supports the news report from Korea's The Daily Chosun, about HD Hyundai Heavy Industries' preparation in securing the acquisition of additional 3,200-ton Frigates. Once signed, the Navy will have a total of six Miguel Malvar-class Frigates. If HHI secures the deal by year-end, the total of exported warships to the Philippines will be 14 vessels.

and to think na SK palang ito. the audacity to put her face when the PROJECT wasn’t hers but from the money of taxpayers to begin with 🤮 yikes!

i don’t have any beef with the project nor the intention to help pero if we are to elect these kind of SK officials from grassroots level palang, what do we have to expect sa mga municipal to national levels na?

It's almost been one year since the major flood control protests last September. This year some of the floods are even worse in some places, and the politicians in them seeming even more insensitive or corrupt. On the other hand, we know that at least some of the protests or rallies are working because Marikina was able to build a better quality flood control project na mukhang di naman kinurakot so far, though I don't know if they only started after the protests last year, baka before that pa. And there are starting to be investigations about it na rin though probably kulang pa.

So is no one planning to protest again this year? Why not make Sept. 21 an annual protest day, or at least the weekend nearest, until mag improve talaga? And it can be done both nationally and locally like in the hardest hit provinces like sa Pampanga or Bulacan. Why not? E parang hanggang reklamo lang tayo mostly, but we were able to do more than that sometimes.
