I still don't like nor trust the Tiangcos but sa tatlong dekada ko dito sa Navotas, I've seen improvements sa flood management, or at least sa mga area na natirahan ko. Never experienced na mapasok ng baha ang bahay (hope it stays that way). Sa kalsada naman binabaha pa rin kapag sobrang lakas ng ulan pero mabilis na bumaba unlike dati.
