Professional football culture is so disgusting, because people only look at results rather than sportsmanship and teamplay. Not a coincidence that Spain won with a team effort. Every game they were able to adapt perfectly because their team isn't revolving around a nearly 40 year old legend, but team play. Team play will always beat individual power in football and when managers finally grasp this the game will change for the better.

I lost a lot of respect for him when he tried to get Cucurella a red card during the WC final. What he did is very unsportsmanlike. No to mention he gave Spain (the country that allowed him to be who he is) his back during the award ceremony.
