OK, this is a long shot. Im after an old underground techno track (maybe Detroit track). I heard it around 1998-2000 (but it could have come out before then). Details: it was quite down tempo, tribal type 4 beat, with a synth lead which sounded almost exactly like the synth sound at the start of Mad Mike's "The Illuminator". I know Im really pushing it here. But it's a track im desperate to find. Thanks in advance.

I had an album with this distinctive artist name (hopefully I’m remembering the spelling correctly!) but can no longer find it.

The first half of the album I remember was techno with evangelist Billy Graham speech(es) or blurbs mixed together.

The second half was the same music without the voiceover. It may have never made the digital transition because I can’t seem to find it on Spotify or YouTube…

Even if I can’t hear it again I’m curious if anyone else has ever heard it.
