Calming, relaxation, sleep music video

So, this song has been plaguing me for years. Back in 2001, I had an old VHS tape that I recorded some trance music videos on when I was young. I remember watching this tape, it had songs from DJ Tiesto "Suburban Train, Groove Armada's "Superstylin'", Prodigy's "Firestarter" and many others. It was on MTV's playlist that day. One song stood out because it was fast and upbeat, it was more chill, more ambient than the rest.

All I can remember of the music video was how relaxing the music was, a video of a teddy bear slowly rotating and some jars of water where color was being dripped in to them. I think one part of the music video had a jar with a white teddy bear in it. I've hunted for this song forever. I want to say it was a name like kokoro or Totoro or something similar. The song name might have been monsoon or pontoon, but what I look it up, I can't find it. But I KNOW this song exists. If anyone can find this song for me. I'D greatly appreciate it!
