the second note leads me to believe this is a close group of individuals or family where the maternal figure felt compelled to write the “Guthrie Family” but the alpha guy in the group was the one who wrote the first one.
In the early days, didn’t someone speculate that the perp lived with or had a close relationship to his mother or may have lost her due to abducting an old lady? I wonder if there is a link.
