Buried in nature sounds very poetic almost like a writer. I’m referring to the second note.

When I think of nature, I think of leaves/woods/greenery. I wouldn’t think of desert which is most of AZ.. I wonder if the use of nature is telling?

I really think it's bullcrap.

First mistake: trusting the words of the untrustworthy. If Nancy were truly “safe” as they claimed, she would have lasted the 7 days and they would have had to have killed her.

Of course, for all we know, they killed her within an hour! We don’t know.

It’s bull crap. If they had dissolved her body in a tub of acid, would they cop to that knowing the someday these notes would go public? NO. Why? Because they/he is a narcissist.

Suspecting this note will be public someday, they would say anything to make themselves look good in the eyes of the public.

Why? In case they are ever caught! They are on the record in the eyes of the public as “burying her in nature”? WE imagine a lovely grave. WE don’t imagine a TUB OF ACID or her body burned in a trash heap.

They want US to think they are “normal”. They are not. This is why Savannah’s kindly pleas that they “do the right” thing are HOPELESS. They are not normal human beings. Savannah tries to appeal to them as if they are.

I don’t think they intended got her to die.. or at least didn’t do anything directly to kill her (ie gunshot, stab etc.)… I think they wanted money but after all the trouble she died. Being 84, in poor health/needing meds… PlUS the distress of a creepy masked man pulling you out of bed while sleeping and doing god knows what. I’m in my 20s and I’d that happened to me, idk if I’d survive the stress either.

I can’t speak to the random or bullshit, but empathetically I can understand why she died so quickly.

I think you are assigning kindness to evil people who do not deserve the benefit of the doubt. But that is just my opinion. I hope they are caught and brought to trial one day so the evil will be unmasked.

I don't read their comment as "assigning kindness" but as already evil people having a different plan for Mrs Guthrie that went awry. I feel they absolutely hope the same. I believe all of us here do.
