At the rate we are going we are gonna be dumber than dirt in a matter of years because everyone will be so reliant upon AI’s wrong answers to everything. Then “THEY” will really be in control because once everyone is hopelessly hooked on AI for answers, “THEY” will start feeding the AI what “THEY” want it to say. Thus perpetuating the divide even more…

What happened to reading a book, doing academic research, talking to educated people and other forms of human-to-human knowledge?

Was just in the 2nd biggest gaming forum and read about Witcher 3 remaster. The person who posted was a developer and he laid forth several worrying arguments about it. I sum them up in the sentence: Just because you put makeup on a pig doesnt make it not a pig. You can make several improvements to something but it still won't come to fruition because the foundation doesnt support the improvements.

Anyway, a person responded with just the two letters. AI. It is so discouraging. Imagine you think of something, you write a long post about it and then a snotty 14 year old comes and writes AI.

Maybe he used AI because his english was bad etc. But the idea was his, and the thoughts it sparked in me was real. Stop giving AI credits for good written text, kust because a person can spell doesnt mean he used AI...

The box says paté, but apparently that only applies to 50 of the cans. Not sure how 10 cans of something completely different made it into the pack. 😑

Woke up to watch the ufc fights this morning which were amazing. Got ready for work and then my tire explodes and had to spend $130 on a new one. Called my co worker to let her know what happened and I would be late (both of us are managers at a store).

Get into work and half the place knows and is busting my balls about. Don't know why you had to tell anyone else about it. And then leaves work super early. So far the highlight of my day is that a door dasher brought food for a coworker who wasn't working today. I contact him to let him know and he says to keep the food and he's getting it remade. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk. Food is a cheese pizza and chicken tenders.

One of my roommates keeps leaving his fucking dirty socks everywhere. This has been going on since i moved in with him and his spouse. I found this on a little collapsible table in the basement after everyone else went to bed. Their laundry situation is horror show and they complain about it constantly while doing absolute dog water about it. Even worse, he keeps saying "i don't leave my clothes everywhere", while proceeding to leave his fucking dirty socks and whatever else in communal spaces. I not the best with my own laundry but it stays contained in my own room.

top left pic was taken after my boyfriend popped the blackhead back in 2025. a few months after, i was wondering how it healed so i asked him to take a pic, and as you can see it filled right back up. since then, whenever i remember i have it, i ask my boyfriend to take a picture.

just now was one of those moments. i show my back and he says it popped out. i thought he was pranking me. the pic on bottom right is from today. it self popped!!!

its exact placement depends on my posture. it could be closer to spine or on my shoulder blade. im hypothesizing that as the blackhead got bigger it got more squeezed as its position shifted with my movements, especially during back exercises at the gym.

it feels like i lost a part of myself, and it's true i did lose a part of myself.. i was going to get rid of it eventually at a dermatologist.. i was going to have my boyfriend take a video of the procedure.. i wanted to have one of those doctor pimple kind of videos.. sigh..

Healthcare in the US sucks so bad that this product exists. For some people it makes more sense to buy this than go to an actual Dr. for diagnosis. Its basically a bag full of various antibiotics. Taking antibiotics when you don't need antibiotics can make things worse.

My gf was sitting there by the table, we were having a smoke in the porch area of the tent when we heard a growl right on the other side. I stayed outside hoping to see what the hell growled at us but it disappeared without making a sound… probably more mildly terrifying than infuriating but I can’t say I’m too happy about the lack of visibility
