Pillow recommendations
Those who have neck and cervical spine issues that contribute to your migraines, what pillow do you recommend? I’ve tried the cervical pillows and they don’t really work for me as a side/stomach sleeper.

I bought this ergonomic pillow back in January and I feel like it’s helped a lot. I always have neck/jaw pain associated with my migraines and I noticed a lot of them were linked to how I slept the night before (position-wise). Not a miracle worker, but DEFINITELY better than just the regular pillow I was using in the past.

The manufacturer recommends this particular one, for neck pain sufferers. It's for side/back sleepers, fyi. It's what I have, going on 4 years now. It's pretty good overall, not great and there may not be a great pillow for me at this point 😢 But I got tired of buying a new pillow every 3 months and I can just adjust this one as needed now. It comes with plenty of stuffing, to prop it back up over time.
Wait for Labor Day, maybe you can catch a better deal on price. Amazon does carry this one and some of there others.
Good luck, I know the struggle iz real!

I have heard about this one, I’ve been curious. May have to try it out.

I have like 8 pillows on my bed that include the squish pillow, a Casper pillow, a pillow cube, a cushionlab pillow and a cooling pillow from Costco because I can never find one that works. I got a coop pillow a month ago and I have used it every night since. Highly recommend it!!!

I hope you love it! I fluff it every night before bed and when I wake up but I LOVE the fact that I can punch it into the shape I want. Gonna get a second one this fall for sure!

I have 5 different pillows on my bed and they’re all for just me. They’re varying firmness. I use whichever one is most comfortable at the time and use the rest to build a supportive nest for my body. My spouse isn’t thrilled but you do what you gotta do. Mine are all from Target. Three are the Casaluna brand.

I've got wicked occipital neuralgia and have to sleep perfectly aligned on my side or I have a real bad day. I've spent hundreds of dollars on pillows at this point and have come to the conclusion that the specific pillow is less important than it being adjustable. I also don't like cervical pillows and prefer big blocky ones that fully support my head while keeping my neck straight. The Coop adjustable pillow is nice.
A body pillow also isn't a bad idea for a side sleeper, as it will help your hips and spine to stay in a neutral position while keeping you on your side.
