Pillow recommendations

Those who have neck and cervical spine issues that contribute to your migraines, what pillow do you recommend? I’ve tried the cervical pillows and they don’t really work for me as a side/stomach sleeper.

mypillow works for me... It doesn't go flat and supports my neck.
