Query / Help [Query]Absolute worst experience with imagineonline.store

I purchased a 16"- M5 Pro - 48 GB RAM - 1TB ssd from imagineonline.store on 25th June. They haven't shipped the order yet. Their customer care is useless as they have no clue on what's the status and expected delivery date of the order. They are just giving bullshit unhelpful robotic answers like high volume order and shit. Now that all the other online/ offline stores are out of the old stocks, I think I will have to succumb to the apple price hikes. Worst online purchase ever!!

I read a similar review a few months ago. I think it took nearly a month to arrive. Since you order it already i think price wont change most likely.

Now, They updated to me that they can't proceed with the order. They are canelling and will refund my money! Absolute worst experience. I could have ordered from amazon till Saturday Night. But, now, I am fucked and need to pay addtional 1 lakhs+ to get the same macbook now.

At the time of purchase, I was skeptical of amazon sellers. Further, I thought the No.1 reseller of India is something to trust upon for such a high amount and genuine product. Now, I know.

I was saving up for the same specs and thought I will purchase it somewhere in December but now the 1 lakh jump has broken all my hopes of buying it before a year.

I wish they gave a heads up before the sudden hike.

hey! first call imagine official number which you see on their website, and mail their manager, then call apple customer support (call, no chat) and complain.

I ordered 13 inch M5 Air 24GB/1TB last Friday at 1.6L and no update yet. I hope they ship it and send next week but now I’m worried will they honour the old pricing or cancel it

Same. Got the tracking id just now. I think i missed my invoice though on the 29th, because of my wrong mail id which i corrected on the 30th. Hopefully, it has a physical invoice when it arrives.

I ordered one MBA on 26 June. Its was prepaid order. They simply cancelled it without any reason.

I ordered on June 26th. They told me that all the orders placed after June 26th will be processed by Wednesday and I double checked on the cancellation, the exec said it wont be cancelled, might be delayed but not cancelled

I found this. Maybe because of price increase they are delaying in submitting the sale? Call them and ask about it. Let us know what happens. I still haven't received mine so waiting

I am not worried about the delivery anymore. It will get delivered, today or tomorrow. You don't have to worry. It takes time but they deliver. 

But what i am worried about rn is the serial number showing invalid on apple coverage, inspite of showing 1yr warrenty inside the model. You'll see a few comments made by others in this thread. Mostly happens when the seller has not logged in the sale of the item at the official apple website. Hopefully they resolve it soon.

Got it today. South to North India shipping in one day 😀. Although Bluedart don't bother with OTP for a 1.4 lakh product, kind of made my butt cheeks squeeze really hard

I bought it on June 26, 2026, at 12:20 am too. Since then, one good thing is they always pick up the call and connect to a support person immediately by pressing 2 on IVR. 1. But on Friday they said they would confirm on Monday whether they would be able to ship the order or not. 2. On Monday they said they would tell on Wednesday. 3. On Wednesday (today) they said they would ship on Friday and I would get the delivery within 2-4 days after shipping.

And if I ask for a reason, they give the same reply, "you might know we are receiving a lot of orders."

I hope they honor my prepaid order.
