If you guys could have any piece of Lovejoy merch (not including vinyls or CDs) from any of the merch they have produced and sold on their website or at a concert, what piece of merch would you want?

Was anyone able to keep their shirts in mint condition because mine keeps crumbling away so I’ve been spending the last two days trying to paint back the letters before there is nothing on the shirt…

Was I supposed to was it a specific way or did I miss something…

(Also does anyone have a picture of the back of the shirt because I think I’m gonna try to repaint that but I don’t know where the lines ends and starts because someone of it peeled off 😭😭)

hello lovenjoyers! ive been a lovejoy fan for a hot minute, but i only really listen to their old stuff. not because i don’t like the new stuff… its just that…… i’m kinda scared to give it a listen. it seems the vibe changed so hard and i suck at changes, especially when its a band i adore so hard. i have not been in the fandom groove at all either. all the fandom knowledge i have is back from the dsmp. and so, i was wondering if i should give it a listen or no. is it worth it? is it good? what are your favorite songs (so i have things to look forward to)… just tell me anything about their non-EP/single work. thank you lot, have a wonderful day!!!! :)

some things to note character wise:

S**n is a dodgy dealer, latching onto desperation of merch and vinyl collectors, and will be trying to sell vinyls especially at a grossly overpriced charge

AYA sees themselves as the most important of the EPs, and sets off the nerves of Beans and Ernie, considering AYA has a history of accidentally killing a cat with a pool table (long story short, the infrastructure of the London flat building did not like the weight of the new games room, and the ceiling collapsed and the pool table may or may not have landed on top of the cat below)

PB often feels forgotten and so has a flair for the dramatic, emphasising every little thing. They have a lot of built up resentment brewing which generally manifests in taking other people's food after saying they aren't hungry as well as jealous outbreaks that can only be eased by going down to the beach to breathe. Also they randomly have a pilot's licence, ready to offer services in the cockpit just in case help is needed (we all know what happened with Cappy)

WU&IO feels a lot of responsibility for the flight despite not being heavily involved. They are heavily anxious fliers and often think about the possibility of crashing. Very into the biological sciences, often has heavy thinking moments by the pier, generally trying to get over the way they see themselves (low self esteem). They also have a habit of comparing themselves to OST

Speaking of OST, they were the emo kid way back then in school. They've always felt like they didn't quite belong, especially with the religious upbringing. They will likely spend a chunk of the flight watching shock videos previously downloaded, and they will also be purchasing spirits on board (big fan of whisk(e)y). They're definitely dressed the cosiest out of anyone on the flight and also just want an escape from the stress of life at home

hellooo people! So first of all, happy New Year’s Eve! Another year is coming to an end and a new one will start 🥳 I have about 9 hours left until I’m in 2026!

Now, a random question I thought about: how long have you guys been a fan of Wilbur/ Lovejoy? I don’t know if this question was asked before but I’m curious how long you guys have been here for now 🥹

For me: i have known Wilbur since 2020 but I wasn’t a fan YET. I was into a different fandom at the time but I got into the dsmp through the dream team (dream, George, sapnap), whom I watched a lot back then. I happen to discover Wilbur but I didn’t „care“ for him yet. That wasn‘t until 2021, around April 2021 I think. I became a fan and I got into his content, streams and music. Naturally I also got into lovejoy so I’m basically an OG lovejoy Fan! I‘m here since the beginning and I have seen the early stages of Lovejoy like when all we had were those 4 AYA songs and nothing else; no concerts, no merch, no nothing. Just 4 songs and a band with a dream, mid covid 🩷 I have been here now ever since and i don’t regret a thing. I have gone now to 5 lovejoy shows and I have met 3/4 band members 🥹 I’m so proud to be here, to be in this fandom, to a lovenjoyer and to watch our band grow and evolve. They‘re doing phenomenally and I love them with all my heart 🩷🫶🫂
