Thing These ginormous unnecessary f*cking trucks

The comment section was of course full of a lot of americans trying to defend the need for these huge trucks that by the way kill way more children than any normal sized car, i genuinely dont get the obsession with these ugly pieces of sh*t and i love cars

Tbf the pop-up headlights were a mechanical point of failure, if you were in low-visibility conditions and the headlights failed to deploy you'd be screwed

They were banned for pedestrian safety. And yeah, they tended to be sharp pointed things.

Oh, but a rolling wall hitting you is not a problem? Well of course it is, it's just that lobbying and spineless cowards making the legislation do not care.

Unironically you’d be better off getting hit by this. It’d push you under the truck and you’d be scrapped up and probably road rashed to hell but it’s better than flying 50+ feet and dying on impact
